酒店位處市中心地段，也算方便。但個别員工服務有代改善。例如登记入住時要求兩間房間盡量安排附近，可惜女員工Anu充耳不聞，只安排在6楼及11樓並说房間情况很滿。其他说已经Expedia预早作出要求，她很不願意改為6及7楼，只可接受。後來房間門匙两次未能開啟，在櫃枱表示不滿時及有當值经理在場，立即改为同层，实在氣憤。但其他員工相反地服務及態度值得表揚。

总体感觉不错，一点小遗憾，大床房的床是两张单人床拼在一起的，两边高中间低，不是很舒服。

Service is Good .
Customer service is good and nice. The room is so far so good. But I dislike the breakfast cause this is not good taste. And, I called a taxi services, hotel ppl say this is only 30000T, but finally taxi driver charge me 50000T . I think this is the problem of the Taxi driver but hopefully it can be controlled in the future.

Hotel Staffs provide excellent services
will introduce to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in UB. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to amenities.

ロケーションもホテルスタッフも良いのですが、設備メンテナンスの不具合がところどころに見られます。部屋の照明が数か所切れていたり、窓の開閉ができなかったり、しっかりと閉めても隙間があったりと、部屋を変えてもあちらこちらに見られました。気軽に宿泊でき、タクシー手配もホテルスタッフが親切に行ってくれたりするので、その点はとても良かったです。

전체적인 라마다 호텔 인상
꽤 오래된 호텔이나 호텔 상태가 깨끗하고 편안하다. 위치도 몽골 바롱두른잠 근처라 시내 접근에도 용이하다. 하지만 아침 식사는 마트에서 파는 빵과 토드터기가 없어 실망스러웠고 쨈 퀄리티와 빵과 같이 먹을 치즈가 없다는 것, 한식 베이스도 준비되어 있음에도 밥이 볶은밥만 있는 것 등이 아쉽다.

직원분들 친절해서 너무 좋았습니다. 한국어 하시는 분은 없고 영어는 잘하세요. 동일 레벨 호텔에서 품격있어 보이고요 주변에 GS25, CU 다 있어요. 택시기사들은 라마다 호텔이하고 하면 다 압디다. 시내 서쪽이 궁금하신 분들에게는 좋은 숙소입니다. 한가지 단점은 전기사정이 않좋아서 화장실 형광등이 자주 깜빡거렸고 더운물 나오는것도 시간대가 있는듯했습니다. 영하 45도인날 겨울에 숙박했는데 조금 추웠어요.

가성비 있는 호텔
전체적으로 가성비 있는 호텔임에는 분명하다. 아침 조식이 예전에 비해 많이 가지수와 품질에서 줄어든 느낌은 아마도 코로나 시대 투숙객이 많이 없기 때문인듯. 조식을 빼면 이가격에 이정도 호텔은 많이 없을 듯. 심지어 호텔 금액에 조식은 포함되지 않은 가격이라 현장에서 결재한 조식은 좀 과한 가격인 듯 했음.

モールが併設しているので便利だったが、一旦外に出ないとモールに行けなくて不便だった。地下のスーパーマーケットが閉鎖されていたのが残念だった。チェックインした時、バスルームに多くの髪の毛が落ちていて気持ち悪かった。部屋は十分に広かった。

비용에 비해 훌륭한 시설
호텔 자체는 깨끗하고, 편안하며, 서비스가 좋음. 호텔의 위치도 메인 도로에 위치하고 있고 국영백화점에서 도보로 10분 거리로 괜찮음. 그러나 울란바토르의 교통체계로 인해 밤새 시끄러운 경적 소리가 밀폐된 창문을 통해 작게 들려오며, 같은 층이나 윗층에 시끄러운 투숙객이 있을 경우 어느 정도의 소음을 예상해야 함. 스파의 자쿠지가 정비중이라 이용하지 못한 점은 아쉬움.

お部屋はきれいで、シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出るし特に問題はありませんでした。アメニティも充実(コンディショナー的なものはない)していて、ソーイングセットまでありました。ドライヤーもあります。 ホテルに隣接しているモールの地下にスーパー(22時ごろまで営業していて良かった)があります。また、チェーン店のカフェが、隣接モールの中(朝は遅めだが夜まで開いてるcafe bene)や、歩いてすぐのところに(朝早めから開いているTom N Tom's)ありました。 立地は、ノミンデパートまで歩いて15分くらい。ホテルの前の大通りをまっすぐ行くだけなので迷うこともないと思います。割と人通りがあるので、夕方暗くなってから外を歩いていても大丈夫でした。 お買い物やごはんはノミンデパート付近まで行けばいろいろ選択肢があります。
