THEY ROBBED ME!!!! Idk what the issue was but I get there on Thursday night, the people that was doing me off let their dog out to use the restroom before they left and the men wouldn’t open the door for me telling me he can turn down service for any reason. I tried to explain that they wasn’t with me but he ignored me. After awhile he told me they was going to refund my money back, Soo I had to walk off to find somewhere to stay. The next day they all took the money me. I walked back over from super 8, (great place by the way, lovely service) the last I spoke with was nice and told me they was going to refund my money back, I wait the 24 hours and still no money so on Saturday I call their customer service, the THEY WERE RUDE AS HELL. But they said they’ll give me a call back in 24 hours(no for a second time), and here it is Monday and still no money or call back.

Don’t stay
The service was wonderful. But there was so much wrong with my room for starters I paid for a king bed but only got a full size bed.

ASTONISHINGLY TERRIBLE! In my 49 years and many travels, I've never stayed in a worse hotel. I called to let the desk know I'd be arriving late and was assured they were open 24 hours, but upon arriving around midnight the building was dark and all doors were locked, the night bell was non-functional, the ancient paging phone didn't work either, and I ended up pounding on the glass lobby doors for several minutes until someone wandered out to check me in. The lobby, by the way, is permanently closed even during the daytime hours and you can only check in/out through a plexiglass window despite what the online pictures showed! The bedroom decor hadn't been touched since sometime in the 1980s (peeling wallpaper, ancient furniture), the pillows were thin, and the towels both thin and tiny. The floor was somewhat dirty (not terrible, but not clean). The worst part was the pool, which was jet black with algae growth and clearly hadn't been maintained in many years! You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Surely there is some sort of state licensing or minimum standards or something right? This place FAILS, horrifically. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just sleep in your car.

Horrible night desk help!
I paid for the 2 night stay in advance and informed the hotel a friend would check in before me. The desk clerk not only charged my friend's debit card for the room and DEMANDED her pin number (which she would not give) but checked her into a king instead of a double. The also REQUIRE a $50 CASH deposit. My friend could barely hear the clerk and she would not open the door nor get close to the hole in the window to speak. When my friend tried to show the reservation on an e.mail on her phone to prove it was already paid the clerk would not look at it. Not knowing what to do, she just paid for the room. Then refunded her money on a seperate transaction without informing her nor returning her ID. Finally got the room changed but screamed at my friend because she had placed a can in the trash. She never touched the bed or anything else in the room. The clerk had also taken her driver's DL for identification which we retrieved 2 days later. We finally got everything resolved with the day manager who was extremely helpful but it was a horrible experience for a couple of senior citizens. The room was clean but smelled like smoke. I dont usually pick a room this cheap but we only going to be there 8 hrs each night. NEVER AGAIN

The lobby never opened. There was no breakfast or coffee as the website suggested. It appears that a family may be using the lobby as living quarters as it had people in there and looked lived in. Requested non-smoking but the bathroom filled with cigarette smoke every time you closed the door. Dryer didnt work. There was a lot of trash lying around outside of the main office towards the pool area which was surrounded by overgrown and unkept shrubberies. There were people sitting on the bach stairs smoking pot. Front door was damaged on the inside like it had been busted in. There are several places around it and all were better maintained on the exterior than this location. I would not recommend this location as others nearby are similarly priced and have open lobbies.

Only if really tight on money
This hotel is not handicap accessible. They have not restarted their breakfast since covid. The bed was comfortable. The AC was set to 60 but the room never got that cold. Room was clean. The area that this hotel is located in has reputation for being crackhead corner.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
Do not recommend you book this property. Their Lobby is closed so no Continental Breakfast. You have to talk to the staff through a glass window. No coffee service in the room. The pool was closed and looked like a swamp. The vending area was boarded up on 2nd floor. No ice on 1st floor (machine was out of ice). Mattresses piled up in hallway. Trash everywhere. Management un-cooperative

Hotels.com Stole My Money with the Help of OYO
Arrived at 3am after driving 12 hours. When the lady woke up and came to the window, she said i didnt have a reservation, when I showed her my reservation confirmation, she said," well, i can refuse service to anyone, and I'm refusing service to you." And she walked away. Went across the street to another motel and contacted Hotels.com for a refund. They said they had to talk to the hotel to process the refund. They called for an hour with no answer amd finally got someone but they said the woman who cancelled my reservation wouldnt come to the phone. Basically, hotels.com has stolen my money for a reservation they apparently never forwarded to the hotel and the hotel wouldnt honor.

Nope, no way....
Hotel not like pictures, except for inside room. Parking lot had multiple tweekers walking around. Was asked by questionable lady's if i would like a "date". Front desk is a small prison like window to which you cant hear the employee inside. All night there was loud music in the parking lot coming and going. Swimming pool was a very beautiful dark shade of green. I would not recommend staying here

Arrived at the motel and the photos did not reflect the property’s actual condition. The motel is old and needs a complete renovation. The shower head was unusually low and the water temperature was warm at best, didn’t get hot. Towels were old so we purchased towels from the local Walmart. A section of the outside corridor was crowded with old mattresses and had an odor. However, the motel had outside lighting. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable.
