「Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always...

「Pros: excellent location, close to many shops, a bazaar and many restaurants, food was good (see cons also) with good selection, decent kids facilities, nice rooms, even though not on beach but free shuttle was provided to the beach from across the street Cons: very unhelpful and unmotivated staff (emphasis on very), way too crowded, lots of food was being placed on the counter cold」

「Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back...
