热情的招待
服务员很热情，每次路上见到都会主动询问有什么需要的，并且帮助很多，不会乱收费，就是不大会英语，我们去的时候酒店住的人不多，白天有婚礼进行，很多当地人在这里举行婚礼仪式。

Sehr gutes Hotel für diese Region. Das Frühstück ist eher kleiner ausgefallen. Keine Säfte und wenig Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer top und sauber. Hatten einen Tag einen Fahrer an der Rezeption gebucht, zum Bahnhof Kantanc/Love Station und zu den Stränden. Wunderschön.

almost all of the agents at the check counter don't speak english---bad time trying to communicate--one of the agent name-- MEY was bad and rude --- and no customer service training. I would not return to this hotel again.

Helt greit som vanlig. Kalde speilegg til frokost kl. 09.00 er ikke bra nok. Får alltid VIP parkering foran inngangsdøren. Fikk ikke rom vekk fra trafikken som ønsket selv med veldig få gjester. Mange nye ansikter som jobber der nå.

The one and only "high end" hotel of Trang
Trang is not yet a touristicky destination in Thailand so there is only one hotel that meet the usual standards of accommodation we are used to. Rua Rasada is a good hotel. Room is confortable, wifi ok, balcony surprisingly large. Pier restaurant and bar is nice, with live artists playing good music. À little bit far from Trang city center, but close to bus station.

Nice hotel close to bus terminal & shopping
Room was very nice, and all staff were more than accommodating. Whenever you went to leave the hotel the door was always opened for you. The staff made all our transfers for us. Good breakfast. Prices are a bit higher for Thai standards. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. It looked like it is just about time to drain the pool, and give it a good cleaning. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Needs renovating
I liked it but the hotel is a bit outdated to be honest. The pool showers need to be fixed and the shower area cleaned - it stinks! There are some areas of the hotel that seem like they are stuck in the 80s and need to be updated. Service was good just keep a pile of pool towels by the pool please it’s a hazle trying to find if the guy has not started his shift at the pool yet. Bathroom door needs to be changed or cleaned and painted (a part of the outdated thing). I enjoyed it but an update would keep this place in 4stars as now the service and prices are but the outlook is not.

With the booking I asked for a room on the 16th floor, facing south or east. When arriving they wanted to put me up on 9th floor facing north, saying that they were full. They were belied by the fact that the breakfast room next morning was almost empty. So I have to assume that the reception were both lazy to read emails and then to do as the customer wants. The room itself was ok, nothing special though, but the breakfast was really poor: just watermelon and pineapple as fresh fruit, orange juice from the box (fresh juices are a must these days) and a very limited variety of warm dishes. On my last day they put the cakes which they couldn't sell at their coffeeshop the days before. For the same price (in Malaysia) and for about 30% less (in Indonesia) I found much better value for money. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is the very friendly staff at breakfast who tried to make up for their very limited supplies.

Good value for money
The hotel is beautiful but a looks a little run down from the outside. But the inside and the room is beautiful. A nice pool, decent restaurant and lovely staff.

Good hotel for transit
Nice hotel with great service. In our room on 10th floor facing east we could very clearly hear the wind. Not many guests around.
