With the booking I asked for a room on the 16th floor, facing south or east. When arriving they wanted to put me up on 9th floor facing north, saying that they were full.
They were belied by the fact that the breakfast room next morning was almost empty. So I have to assume that the reception were both lazy to read emails and then to do as the customer wants.
The room itself was ok, nothing special though, but the breakfast was really poor: just watermelon and pineapple as fresh fruit, orange juice from the box (fresh juices are a must these days) and a very limited variety of warm dishes. On my last day they put the cakes which they couldn't sell at their coffeeshop the days before.
For the same price (in Malaysia) and for about 30% less (in Indonesia) I found much better value for money.
The only reason I am not giving 1 star is the very friendly staff at breakfast who tried to make up for their very limited supplies.
