"The building was nice, the rooms were up to date and clean. I liked the hotel itself. The staff experience was very poor. They always appeared to be bothered to be dealing with us when we went to check in, went to the bar, and checked out. Not warm, friendly people at all."

"Staff were LOVELY! Both reception and restaurant staff were amazingly sweet and helpful. Stayed here before and after Unbound Gravel and was able to prep my bike in the room. Breakfast at the bistro was excellent and the young lady running the restaurant was very helpful and did an excellent job. ..."
