Clean room, good layout that allowed us to open both our check-in luggages with a little bit of room to move around. Good location close to Asakusa Station and not far from main areas like Hoppy St and Kippabashi.

Very conveinent for the Asakusa area, Sensoji in particular,Sky tree and Asakusa station (which made a trip to Nikko that much easier). Quite a treck to Euno for further afield day trips. Many restaurants and cafes locally, but not an on site one, however many conveinent stores locally that supply excellent meals either cold or micro wave ones that can be heated up in the hotels microwave cooker--making eating VERY cheap if you were on a tight budget. The staff seemed very helpful but sometimes unable to fulfill requests i.e. wasking of clothes due to stafing issues though there are washing machines availlable. In all a safe relatively quite and affordable hotel without lots of frills. Ideal for backpakers etc.

Very nice hotel close to a train station which could take you directly to and from Haneda Airport on the Asakusa line. Very convenient as there are coffee shops and stores around the area yet the hotel is quiet at all times. Clean rooms and breakfast was delicious!

It was a very quiet and comfortable hotel with everything I needed for my 2-night stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was convenient for the metro, the river, and Asakusa shrines. I would happily come back

My sister and I were exploring Japan. We are in our 50’s & 60’s. This hotel was wonderful. We arrived bird row chick in and they held our suitcases for us so we could explore. We felt safe, the room and single beds were comfortable, and we loved the bathroom and Japanese shower! The breakfast was really good! I highly recommend it - both Japanese and western options - all very tasty. We were just 1.5 blocks from the train station and very close walking distance to the Shin-Ju Temple, Roxy Mall, and the covered shopping street. There were so many great places to eat and shop and explore! We ran out of time… I highly recommend this hotel and it’s location! Thank you!!

Great place to stay in Asakusa
Great location near Kaminarimon. The room is compact but large enough to fully open a large suitcase for us. Lots of power points and the bath is great!!

Perfect Asakusa Location
This was the end of our 14 day trip and a perfect location to stay, eat, tour Tokyo Sky Tree and Shop for souvenirs. So glad we stayed here and experienced the Asakusa area…

Great location, decent size room
Stayed 6 nights. Glad we chose Hotel Gracery for simple reason the bed was firm enough, as we older people need good support. If only we could choose hotels by bed and pillow firmness. Special thanks to Ahmed who was patient with our many questions during check-in and for finding us a nice room on higher floor with a view. Tip for those arriving from airport...take the elevator at Exit A2b. Other exits may be nearer but carrying 20kg suitcases up the stairs will ruin your first day.

A good stay
The hotel was fine and in our price range. It was about a 5-minute walk from the Asakusa station and about 12 minutes by train to Ueno station which we used to go to Nikko for the day. It was also close to Senso-Ji temple and fun area around it. The double room was quite small but it had a good view of the tower and a fabulous shower! The staff is friendly but didn’t get to know any by name.

Good stay
Asakusa is a much quieter area than other parts of central Tokyo which is what we were looking for this time and this was a lovely hotel for a great price. The room was small and the bed was a tad hard for our liking but the shower was the best we’ve had traveling. It’s also close to the Asakusa station.

Hotel of preference
Good location, convenient to everything, you have all you need for short/long stay. On departure, if you have to take the subway and have lots of luggage, make sure you take exit A2b with elevator, otherwise you will have to deal with lots of stairs. One other recommendation for the hotel is to improve your tv channels with more English news channel 24/7.

The staff were increadibly helpful every time i needed something or had questions. Even though the hotel is right in the middle of a major tourism destination there was very little vehicle traffic so things were quiet, and with Asakusa Station being within a 2 minute walk it was easy to get anywhere i needed in Tokyo.

It’s a nice hotel, very good location. In good condition and clean. Very plain and basic, with few amenities. I didn’t like having to present a meal ticket each breakfast.

Hotel Gracery was a good value for Asakusa - the area was more touristy than anticipated. I have feedback about the air conditioning. It turns off when the key card is removed from the slot. It was unpleasant to return from a hot day to a hot room and have to wait for it to cool down. That should be fixed.

Fabulous hotel and location for Asakusa!
What an awesome hotel! Good sized room and onsen styled bathroom. Convenient location to explore Asakusa area by foot and to hop on a train to Tokyo Skytree. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay in Tokyo!
Very friendly staff, and they held my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Pretty good breakfast options, and a great room too. I asked for a nice view and they gave me a room with views of Skytree! And when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights they went up to my room with me to show me how! The area around the hotel gets pretty quiet at night, and they require people to buzz in late at night for safety which is good. Would definitely recommend anyone to say here!

Great birthday weekend
The room was good and comfy. The shower was big and spacious. I also liked the fact that they are conscious of their effect on the environment. The place is near the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores. It is also a walking distance to popular attractions.

The hotel did not honor the booking from travelocity. They made us pay the hotel rate which was higher than the quoted rate. They claim they are upgrading our rooms. We asked for what we booked for. We asked for the manager, but nothing happened. This was our first trip to japan, we could not communicate with the staff and could not cancel since we had no internet to go elsewhere. We were very didappointed.

Your room type is 'run of house'.Which means the hotel will choose your room type as it may chance. It depends on our room status. The only thing is fixed is the room is for 2 people. We will choose the room date of your check in date either double or twin. If you want to have specific room type, you need to book fixed room type. To do that you might have to cancel original reservation and book new room with exact room type. For the inconvenience, it caused, we are sorry. We want you to know that we value your business, and hope that you will stay with us again soon.

I truely enjoyed my stay in gracery! it's quite near to the stations, and a lot of convenient stores as well! loved it so much that they provide PRESSED PYJAMAS everyday! super comfortable to sleep on. rooms are slightly bigger compared to the average tokyo hotels, and this is the newest hotels compared to other outlets in tokyo. good view and good sound proof as well.

It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean cozy place to stay for a Tokyo trip. Worth the price.I stayed here for a week and slept well. The cleaning lady kept the room tidy and clean. Location is good. A few blocks away from Asakusa Station and you can arrive destination without any hassle. Besides, this is a nice neiboughood and you have 7-11, restaurants and supermarket. The bonus point, I got the view of Skytree! So cool.
