It seems that the hair catcher (device to prevent hair from going down the drain) located at the back of the hole where the plug for filling the bathtub with water is inserted was distorted, which caused the issue. This should have been noticed during cleaning or inspection. Currently, we have confirmed that the plug is securely in place and water can be filled properly. We have reminded our staff to not overlook this during cleaning and inspections.
