The location was a great area! Not too hectic like shibuya but still has a night life and PLENTY of restaurants all around. The train station is a 5min walk from the hotel. The only con was the one elevator for all 11 floors. Sometimes it took awhile to catch. Otherwise the staff had great customer service and super helpful! Our room was good but your friends bathroom had a stench of urine that never went away during our stay. We think maybe old shower curtains. Would stay here again overall.

Good Clean Nice business hotel
Good location, clean and nice little hotel. Space is acceptable consider it is Tokyo and a business hotel. Since it it a business district, many restaurants is closed in weekend but still enough for your choice.

The room a bit small. But good locatio. Only one lift for entitled building which (L12 )and it takes ages to get the lift. Also the washing machine is not really dry the clothes and some people left their clothes for 5-6 hours after finishing but staff can’t do anything with it as it with PIN code.

Reception staff are courteous. Location is very close to subway lines. Rooms are cramped. Breakfast is not good and very limited. Much better to spend money at nearby cafes.

I chose a Best & Western as it was my first time to Japan and given my familiarity with the brand, I thought that association would ease me into it. Unfortunately the staff don't speak much or little English. The breakfast, whilst the staff were lovely, was lacking and served cold. There is a McDonalds down the road, where its cheaper, more variety and frankly better English. All the TV channels are in Japanese and the staff didn't know how to fix the chrome casting issues I had ( to be fair a common awareness problem). Ultimately, this is a good area on a good train line and a nice hotel, not the cheapest and if you want any real advice best to head to an Tourist Centre. If you stick to that plan, you'll have a great time in Japan and a nice stay in the hotel.

The location is perfect for lots of dining options and close to public transport. The neighborhood is bustling without being overwhelming/loud. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only issue was that my room was quite warm and I couldn’t seem to turn down the temp ( so I slept with the window open and it was fine). The rooms are small but not outrageously so. I did not have the breakfast.

아카사카 미츠케역, 아카사카역 어디서나 가까워서 접근성이 아주 좋고 주변에 먹을 곳도 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 술집이 좀 많은 거리라 밤중에는 다소 시끄럽습니다. 프론트도 아주 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았습니다.

Perfect stau a week
Amazing experience . We stayed 5 days . Hotel is clean , quiet , and rooms are cheap . The zone has lots of top restaurants and good night life . Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was in a good location. The staff had excellent service and attended to all of our needs. They dropped fresh towels at the door every day. Vending machine and washing machine in the hotel. A lot of food, bars, and grocery stores within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. As well as multiple trains as a form of transportation. Overall enjoyed the stay here, and it was good value for the budget.
