The room I stayed was for one person, but it was spacious enough. It was very quiet during my stay. Staff members are helpful and kind. It's a bit of walk to subway stations but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which takes you to the train station that leads to both Narita and Haneda Airport. I want to stay here again or I will consider staying at another APA hotel for sure. It's self check-in and self check-out, which saves tons of time!

The hotel was decent. My main complaints were that there is ONE elevator for each tower so I found myself waiting for 10-15 minutes to get on the elevator during peak hours. The elevators were so packed that I ended up using the stairs a few times. Luckily I was only on the fourth floor but I cant imagine climbing ten flights of stairs after a long day. Also, the hotel is in need of a service elevator for their staff. I was caught a few times riding the elevator with the supply trolley and trash; Not the best look in my opinion. Lastly, Roppongi is not the most attractive location for tourism. I was only there for one night before my flight out of Tokyo so I would rather recommend Shinjuku or Shibuya for more local attractions. Not to mention The metro station is about 11 minutes away so hauling shopping bags or luggage that far isn't the most favorable.
