十分放鬆的地方!飯店大廳有網路,房間則沒有,讓人暫時回到了從前,晚上聽海浪聲躺在沙灘看流星,沒有比這個更棒的了

Overall a pleasant stay
Long journey to the island but worth it. Upgraded the room to seaview from garden-view with RM100 but in fact both the room types are equally close to the beach so not that worth it. Beach is clean, sea water clear, could just snorkel anyway. Toilet amenities no toothbrush and tooth paste but we brought ourselves so no big deal. Toilet flush not working well. Staff friendly and helpful. Island is safe, could just wander around with good food at the village.

酒店前天服务人员态度不好,其他服务人员态度还不错,房间很旧,设施等不好,酒店自助餐还是不要去吃的好,真心那个不好吃啊,以后再去刁曼的话是不会再入住这家度假村了。

令人放輕鬆,但服務不太好的酒店
住這酒店是要長途拔踄,有專車接送由機場到酒店. 而酒店有點與世隔絕的感覺,如果不想在酒店的餐廳用餐,除了可在酒店大門外的馬來餐廳用膳外,若要去其他餐廳就要行很遠,或叫車出去 酒店的工作人員好像不太熱心幫忙,我們發問時都只會答一兩句,不會詳細解釋. 例如我問是否有車從酒店出機場,我想出去買東西. 他們說有是有,但每日都不同時間,所以說不定.. 又不肯告知我每日的班次,我感到很不被幫助的感覺 我是住Superior Chalet,房間是舒適的,幸好我的房間近餐廳和lobby,挺方便 沙灘很長很漂亮,海水很清,但浪較大,近岸較多珊瑚碎,會刮腳. 泳池有滑梯,很適合小朋友玩 黃昏時有猴子出沒,真的不要跟牠們走太近,有些較惡的會追著人

酒店所在位置很好,有车接送至机场。基本方便。酒店服务员都很热情,对提问和要求都能够基本满意答复。就是酒店物价加价不少,比较贵了。 酒店设施不很新了,但是房间还算干净,住宿比较舒适。能睡个好觉。 酒店内能够看见不少动物,猴子,蜥蜴,因为在山脚下。不过海里面动物也不少,看见了海鳗和鲨鱼。

There was only one reception staff at all times, and she was slow and unfriendly. You can't have a quiet meal at the restaurant because birds fly in trying to get your food. Also, the food is not very tasty. Even if you want to go out to eat outside the hotel, it is very inconvenient as it is a long walk and there is no means of transportation. The room is clean, but there are a lot of ants and it feels unclean. All the staff were very kind and friendly, but considering the price and balance, this is not a hotel I can recommend.

We are coming to Berjaya already for years. This time we were not informed before that they had a fire. So the big swimming pool and restaurant were not available. They only let us know when it was to late to change our plan. So we were paying for something that we did not get. Staff were friendly as always. Food could be better for the price they ask. Breakfast was oke.

Staff and service culture (and prices) are completely out of whack and we strongly recommend avoiding this place until they improve. Examples: * Staff told us to 'come here' to order food and drinks - not a problem usually but they charge more than at home at this 'resort' which is supposed to be top class for the island. * Breakfast was generally very mediocre - poor selection. Coffee machine not working? Come back tomorrow morning. Need a spoon? It's over there, ferenghi. Fruit juices on the menu? We have two of the seven listed. * the kicker: We were sat in the Chinese restaurant trying to get a healthy option (US $65 minimum or so for two...every single meal came in around these prices), when a guitarist and singer came in to sing at us. Not our thing - not by a long shot. When we asked them to leave us alone directly and specifically and clearly - they smiled at us and kept singing. When we asked the waiter to ask them, he smiled and said it was 'impossible'. We actually got up, walked out, and sat outside in the heat until they left. This resort is to be avoided unless you want that kind of thing all the time. I have lived in villages and had a career in development things, and this trip literally was intended as my post-surgery "I survived a big disease thing" reward trip with my gf. We came away more tired than when we arrived and happy to get out. And much poorer for the experience.

Disappointed.
Had stayed at Berjaya Tioman some years back and enjoyed it. We decided to go back and take a short break of 4 days and 3 nights. We decided to spend a bit more and booked 2 sea view rooms. The rooms were large and pleasant. Then a fire broke out and engulfed the main restaurant and we were woken up by the commotion about 3am and had to be evacuated to the lobby of the hotel till 6 am plus. The staff did well in helping the guests get comfortable as they started assigning us alternative rooms. We were then approached and offered alternative rooms, which we were glad to take as we were tired by then. Unfortunately, they turned out to be standard rooms at the back of the property, supposedly a temporary arrangement. We understand that the hotel may have its limitations and may not have other sea view rooms to offer us. But since we had already paid for the more expensive rooms, the least the hotel could do was to reimburse us with the difference or with a meal or activity voucher. Even though we brought this up to the reception, nothing came out of it. Anyway, we decided to let it rest. Rooms: the sea view rooms are nice, not the standard rooms which are worn. Food: the restaurant food were quite average, not 'restaurant standard.' Snorkelling: you can snorkel in front of the hotel but you need to go past the dead corals and rocks. Staff: they were generally polite and helpful but management needs improvement and better understanding of the hospitality industry.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel, les activités proposées sont sympa et le cadre et magnifique ! Avis aux amateurs de farniente, vous allez aimer les deux piscines proposées par l'hôtel, et la plage attenante, vous aurez du choix ! Aussi, 3 restaurents différents et un petit dej buffet pour tous les goûts, un service de location de scooter pour se promener le long de la côte, bref un séjour génial.

Super hôtel le plus beau de Tioman
Excellent séjour dans un resort digne de ce nom. On a testé un hôtel à côté (nul) Le Berjaya est top, situé à côté de Tekek qu’on peut rejoindre à scooter, activités nombreuses, l’hôtel en propose a des prix très raisonnables, le restau est excellent (menu à la carte pas cher), piscine mais je n’aime pas car trop de monde mais il y en a une moins peuplée car pas connue et plus intime. Attention aux sandflies !!! On ne les voit pas, elles piquent et on s’en rend compte bien tard... utilisez des répulsifs) personnel adorable , je recommande cet hôtel

Excellent hôtel, super site et personnel génial
Hôtel géniale idéal emplacement pour le snorkeling, le personnel souriant et accueillant prêt à vous aider au mieux, (min anglais pas terrible) ménage fait tous les jours, piscine vue sur mer, plusieurs types de restaurants sur place, buffet très complet avec plusieurs types de cuisine et surtout un vrai expresso à grain👌😋 je recommande vivement et je retournerai sans hésiter. Ma chambre avec vue avec terrasse donnait sur la jungle, juste le champs des oiseaux. Un séjour inoubliable avec tout le personnel superbe 😍😍😍
