Came with friends...Great location. Excellent service. We were especially impressed with Chaim who is involved with guest relations because he came over to us when we arrived and remembered our stay at the hotel in the past. There was a lovely Succah for the holiday where we had our breakfast and everything was there for us. We did not miss a thing.

Un séjour très agréable . Le personnel est de qualité, très sympathique et surtout très à l'écoute de ses clients. Un grand Merci en particulier à Élie de la réception (francophone) pour son accueil sympathique. Le Petit dejeuner et le repas du chabat sont excellent. Un grand Bravo au manager. The pool was INSANE with people and there is no one there to help organize or make sure you can get a seat… no one is cleaning up the area IF you can find a chair. I found the front desk very understaffed with little patience or interest in helping us. The building is old and in need of repair and refreshment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing breakfast and close to the Carmel Market - known as the shuk. Ask for an upper floor as they tend to be quieter with less families and more executives.

Nothing like the hotel pictures that were shown on Avion. The carpet was dirty, mould behind the bathroom door. Coffee was instant with no creamers or anything. No view like pictures showed, smaller than pictures showed….horrible!

This was a great location! We were able to walk to everything and have a view of the ocean! The concierge and desk staff were extremely helpful for restaurant suggestions too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

As regular repeat visitors to the hotel for over 20 years usually at least twice a year have to say the hotel has gone backwards big time - executive lounge a shadow of its former self - same with breakfast

En general el hotel está bien, sin embargo el precio es alto para la calidad y el check in fuero estupendo, sin embargo el check out, no fueron amables me ofrecieron cuidar mis maletas en tanto tomaba un tour y confiado a ello ya no busque otro lugar, sin embargo al momento de dejarlas, se negaban a recibirlas porque a mi regreso ya no te dría habitación en ese hotel y eran 02:00 am. Al final accedieron pero fuero. Poco amables.

My stay was good but this property is in need of some renovations. Little nuisances like closet doors that don’t slide or key card entries that don’t work are plentiful. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean. The location is good and so is the value.

The hotel is located in a good area, within walking distance from points of interest. But it strongly needs more care about cleanness and service. The staff shows no sympathy or good will to attend you. Some of the breakfast attendants were almost rude… The entrance of the hotel was full of garbage for the 3 days we spent there. Don’t worth what it charges.
