快捷酒店，随便住住
五金件都锈迹斑斑，看着不舒服。毛巾啥的都比較破旧，没啥用。比較方便的是有保险箱。

Thing to improve MB Hotel
Not a friendly receptionist. Need to activate room card daily if enter after 12pm event already paid for 2 days. Request from housekeeping need to make 3 call and took almost 20 minutes.

Average stay in central tawau
Rooms are ok with an outdated interior. Our room was definately not clean with dozens of hairs on the floor and in the shower. Good breakfast though!

Good location but room conditions a bit run down. Dryer was broken. Safe deposits door was missing.

Poor service
Poor service. Upon checked in the counter staff asked where I book my stay from instead of searching in their file or system. Room card given was unable to open the room door so I need to walk down again. I booked a king size bed room but was given 2 single bed. The staff insisted that I booked wrongly. Then finally I got a king size bed room but then I asked for a comer room which is vacant but the counter staff told me the room is having problem which is just a excuse. I got info from another staff that a guest had just checked out and the room was ok. I don’t feel welcomed each time I step into the hotel premise. Hopefully things could improve and Hotel.com please look for better property in tawau.

Reasonable hotel at town center
MB hotel is a bit old. The lobby seats needs to b replaced immediately as the pu is breaking up. Rooms r reasonably clean. Breakfast is descent with same food daily for the 3 days we stayed. Coffee is terrible. Coffee house is too dark for breakfast fast . 3 in 1 Indocoffee provided in room was too sweet & hotel could not provide other type when requested. Reception staff are OK but need to b more friendly & customer service improved.

Comfortable stay
Stayed at MB hotel at Tawau as a transit point for dive trip at Mabul/Sipadan. Opted for the premier room which was located at the top floor. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, though the pillows has a musty smell. It was well-located in the midst of Tawau town with coffee shops, KFC and convenient stores located nearby. Breakfast was adequately provided for in the in-house coffee lounge at the ground floor.

Hotel need to be better maintained. Service stuff need to be more friendly and proactive. Did not greet or welcome the guest. Very lame. Shower in room was little spooky. Water went dripping from the shower even before I used and the floor is still dry when I checked in.
