The property is pretty old. The rooms carpet were quite dirty, and some towels were really old and torn. The rubber edges of the shower area were black.

Love the gym and sauna
The room condition was just ok. Carpet full with iron mark because their dont provide iron board in the room. You have to request for. The one i receive not function well. The only why i choose this hotel because it have gym, jacuzi and sauna which i love to spend time there. I hope service to be improve.

Stay acceptable
This is my firstime stay at the hotel after 2 years. The room not that quite mantained as before when it was under promenade but still good for stay. The bathroom especially shower side please get rid the mold at the wall. Breakfast also good and acceptable. The reason why i will stay again at this hotel because their have the gym facilities and sauna. But please repair some gym equipment and also the jacuzi.

Dull & smelly
Got smelly room and towel because the room was not cleaned well. Breakfast was just so-so. Doesn't have many choices. Located a bit far from city center.

Not worth the price
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It is overpriced for what it is. The carpet in the room was dirty and didn't look like it was vacuumed. It needs updates and renovations to charge the price they are charging. The breakfast buffet wasn't good either in my opinion. The wifi signal isn't so good either and isn't secure.

Good choice high rise hotel in Tawau
A good choice to stay in Tawau. The high rise hotel has junior suites that are very affordable, with great city and sea views. Not quite walkable to the shore where most of the restaurants are, but there is at least one next door with fantastic Tandorri. The Marhaba. Parking is free in the garage. The free breakfast buffet is good. The suite is very nice, but can use some maintenance such as new carpeting. But I would definitely stay here again

Really close with a mall, atm machine, food stall/restaurant; the breakfast was worth the money, all the ammenities were included (except a kettle ?/)

Dirty and yucky
Staffs are nice but barely can communicate. The room is super yucky. The room carpet was full of nails and stains. Bathroom is super yucky with stains and rusty. Blanket was smelly. I'm sorry for all the nice staffs but I have to be honest that nothing positive about this hotel. Please don't come here

property so excellent, but restroom so disappointed floor and wall mount, yellow toilet bowl, managment should take it seriously. cleaner didnt do they job. its been second times i come here still same problem floor full of dust. even i ask from reception for give me clean room there just say yes but cannot change room becouse its limited for online booking.

Flood area. No electricity during my stay there. Climb up to 13 floor to get my bag. No staff offer help. Was told they will give discount due to the flood and discomfort due to the flood. But end up the caj extra. Will not recommended the place.
