- 早上7:00 到達酒店,男職員告之不能提前,要12:00 才回來。到12:00 再回,女職員毫無笑客稱要15:00 才是check in 時間。(那為什麼男職員說12:00 可以回來呢)到15:00 是另一位女職員辦理手續,這位笑容親切有禮。 行李寄存的大叔也很親切幫忙。 -- 早餐選擇少,不推薦。 -- 房間舒適寧靜,乾淨,睡得很舒服。 -- 樓下泳池外就是淺灘,很方便,海水清澈見到魚仔,十分歡喜海天一色

離DFS熱鬧區 稍遠 要坐接駁車 或 走路25分 房間最棒的是陽台海景 咖啡好喝 飯店老舊 飯店櫃臺也有點老 態度稱不上溫柔 但總還是會幫助我解決問題 因此不要介意服務態度 畢竟這又不是五星飯店 機場接送要提早訂 因為不是要坐就有 不過飯店訂計程車較便宜 他15塊就願意載我到機場 當初從機場坐到飯店要22塊

如果可以,請選擇其他酒店吧!
房間比較小,而且裝修是很老舊的了,但是大堂就比較新而且有提供水機,望出去也是無敵大海景,房間廁所一直漏水,由住進去就要求維修到退房那天早上一早才來打擾我們睡眠,簡直太煩了。

Stinky, old and broken
Stinky, old and broken. 4 star rating doesn't fit this hotel at all, and it's nothing to do with resort level as it claims. The name in chinese "關島萬豪度假酒店及水療中心" is NOT true. This Motel 6-like hotel was sold out in 2014 which doesn't belong to Marriott group any more.

管理差、設備殘舊
入住房間寬敞,燈光比較幽暗,服務態度比較差,房間比較寧靜,可延長退房時間,房間試過有蟑螂屍骸、緊記要時常檢查房門鎖,因為我們試過門鎖因為無電而鎖唔到但沒有特別顯示,燈泡燒了用電話通知前台及用房間專線通知房務員也沒有人前來更換或維修,本人拆下燈泡到前台要求更換,前台只叫本人回房等待維修人員,但結果直到第五天本人退房也沒有維修人員前來更換或維修,因為整個房間只有三個台燈及一個天花燈,所以房間比較幽暗,房間有成人尾指般大少的蟑螂屍骸,浴室花灑只勉強可用,露台鋁質玻璃趟門鎖壞掉有時趟開了關不到,周邊設施方便。前台部份員工服務態度比較不理想。

位置好, 在兩條 Free Shuttle Bus 的路線上, 酒店也很窩心, 下午時段大堂有小吃送, 近沙灘又有浮潛及水上設施借用.也很近 K MART 超市.

合適的價格,理想的住宿選擇!
1.房間整潔度很好 2.位置相當便利 3.若是租車到附近著名的餐廳,景點,shopping mall都很方便。 4.有專屬的海灘,完善的器具可以租借,最棒的是房客不用另外付費。 4.雖然網路有付費版,其實房內也有免費的,雖然每24分鐘需要重新登入,但並不影響使用的便利性。 5.沒有在飯店內飲食無法評論。 6.健身房各項器材都有,可惜許久未更新。 6.價格是杜夢灣各酒店中算合理的。 7.陽台建議選擇非PIC那一側,相當棒!安靜視野遼闊。 感謝前台提供許多便利的服務,相當友善,若有機會,會再住。

靠近海灘,步行8分鐘可達杜夢湾沙灘,水清沙幼,、 浮谮可見很多鱼及少量珊瑚,水流平静,酒店亦提供浮潛工具,大堂亦提供飲用水及果汁,值得ㄧ讚,䣓鄰便是PlC,PlC对面是蘭花酒店,有ABC stores 及多間食店,非常方便,酒店門口有免费車到DFS及shopping mall,亦可步行l5分鐘到24hour 超市,非常方便,唯酒店有D舊,但下次亦會再入住。

酒店位置鄰近K-Mart,大約5分鐘的腳程即可到達。而酒店正門亦有免費穿梭巴士往來DFS T Galleria及GPO,所以交通方便。如果需要租車的話,可選用Nissan Rent-a-Car,酒店內有櫃臺可以辦理手續。 職員服務親切有禮,會主動在穿梭巴士服務時間以外幫客人召喚出租車。大堂亦有冷水和果汁免費提供。 酒店房間相對寬敞,景觀開揚。但是設施相對殘舊。

中規中矩的酒店
我們早上6:00AM落機, 6:30AM去到酒店, 竟然可以CHECK-IN。這個算不錯。 工作人員都算有善 這酒店以前是萬豪管理, 現在PACIFIC STAR自己管理。 商店很多已空置, 健身室已失修,房間地毯感覺不乾爽的,要穿拖鞋。6呎大床,床太軟。浴缸有點兒細。 隔音不太好,旁邊那房人常常一早就聽到小朋友吵鬧。 下面泳池普通, 有個沙灘連接,可以借用救生衣等裝備 旁邊就是PIC 水上樂園。 露台景觀很美 有車接去DFS 和GPO。

交通方便,海景亦不错
有的网站显示酒店位置塔穆宁,有的显示杜梦湾;但不论是杜梦湾还是塔穆宁,位置都还算不错,一边是悦泰一边是太平洋岛屿俱乐部,楼下的太平洋岛屿俱乐部有超多水上游乐设施(非海上),带小孩度假应该很不错,只是非住宿客人貌似不能使用;酒店有免费巴士直达DFS,大概半小时一班;酒店步行到太平洋岛屿俱乐部外面的人行道上,有免费巴士直达GPO,对面有免费巴士直达SANDS PLAZA,购物超级方便。酒店沙滩也还算不错。有会中文的前台接待。 略嫌不满的是,本来预定的海景房,结果到店后给了6楼(平街2楼)的房间,海景全被5楼的裙楼挡住了,前台接待告知那个房间基本面也是海景,很是失望。交涉了半天,还是在会中文的前台接待耐心协调下才换了高楼层房间。

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. I really wish that they had found a way to make it work. This hotel has a lot of potential, but with everything being closed, I found out hard to overlook the old and aging property. The elevators almost got stuck a few times. The air conditioning could not keep up in the middle of the day. On high cool, our room was up to 77 even with an extra fan from the front desk.

Hot, no power for several nights, run down
We have stayed at this hotel many many times, as we travel to Guam for business very frequently. It's getting a little older, but was still a nice hotel until this last trip. The power went out on 3 different occasions during the 10 night stay, effectively locking us out of our rooms until 2 - 4 am on all 3 nights power was out. Additionally, the AC units were not working, and the rooms were incredibly hot, with no air circulation. All the guests were on the 16th floor, and all other floors blocked off (not sure if this was due to Covid or not.) The pool is also closed due to Covid, which is understandable, but frustrating due to the heat. The hotel is getting very run down and definitely needs to make some drastic improvements soon!

Roaches!!
We had 3 roaches in the room. One on the wall, one and the bed and one on the other bed. They crawled up on my arm while I was sleeping and I had to call the front desk to change the room at 4am in the morning. Security box was broken and even though I asked to fix it, they didn’t do anything about it.

The service was outstanding. The people we encountered were extremely friendly. However, the resort needs some help. The AC was mediocre at best. Which created a huge humidity problem. The carpet felt almost damp when you stepped on it barefoot and the tile in the bathroom was actually wet with humidity. The room rarely got below 80 degrees F. Which made it difficult to sleep. To be fair I didn’t report it until the last day. But it was not addressed to my knowledge. The room Smelled stale and moldy as the days went on. With a little TLC this resort could be outstanding. But in this shape definitely not worth the price!

The view was amazing... my kids were happy to be spending the weekend at the hotel. Unfortunately, we checked in @ 3:00pm & checked out at 12:am the following morning. The room was dusty, the carpets felts weird & the AC wasn’t working. We assumed that the room would’ve gotten cold by the evening and tried to remain optimistic about the room.We called front desk around 11:00 pm and was only informed that there was a problem with the AC for the entire building. Thank you to the staff for understanding. I Hope next time around the conditions will improve.
