整體來說住宿體驗不如想像中的優質,例如房內有些許家具均已損,如侵斜的檯燈、故障的拉門、破損的冷氣控制鈕... 另外陽台的推門設計不佳!每晚都聽到隔壁房的強力關門聲響..

十分糟糕的住宿經驗
住宿三晚天,其中就遇到兩天外牆油漆工程,影響面海房的景觀,往外看左右其他房間外並無工程,不明白為什麼把我們房間安排在此。 房務清潔效率差,只有一天有整理到房間,且晚上拿到的浴巾是髒的,打開居然有一團頭髮,看到都傻眼,霎那間還以為是蟲。 最後一晚在凌晨四點時,天花板出現不規則的咚咚聲,吵到我們一家連寶寶都被吵醒,跟客服反應後到五點才安靜下來,八點多天花板又開始有噪音,再度反應仍無法改善,持續到九點多我們乾脆就起床了,完全無法好好休息。 整趟旅程在飯店的感受非常糟糕,一點都不像五星飯店,完全不推薦。

房務給的浴巾是髒的裡面有頭髮

チェックイン時間は3:00pmでしたが、1時半に到着しました。客室は準備できていなかったので、チェックイン手続きをして、荷物を預けました。客室が準備でき次第、部屋に荷物を運ぶので、パスポートを提示してくれれば、鍵を渡すと言われました。4時半にフロントに行くと、列に並ぶように言われ、30分待たされ、荷物はフロントに置かれたままでした。特に、悪いと思っている様子もなく、フロントに5人立っていて、3つのカウンターしかあけていないこと、それでも他の部門のスタッフが来たら、カウンターを開けて割り込み対応していたことなどから、印象が悪かったです。 客室やロビーに虫がいたのも、嫌でした。

部屋は広いけど引き出しなど、衣類の収納場所が極端に少ない。 部屋での食事するテーブルなどなく過ごしにくい。 部屋のお掃除、昼間2時間ほど2回も外出したのにできていなくて 連絡して来てもらったがタオル類の不足や浴槽の掃除忘れなどがあり 次は他のホテルにしようと思った。 朝食のビュッフェは、かなり満足できた。 日本語のできるスタッフは毎日ないなかった。

まずシャワールームのお湯が出ません。 下の階の使われていないプールがゴミだらけで清掃されてないので、景観最悪です。 部屋のデザインもおかしいので日本人の方には違和感しかないでしょう。 ポーターもいません。チェックインめちゃ遅いです。 絶対に宿泊されない方が良いと思います。

フルブレックファスト付きで予約し、不安だったので一応チェックインの際にちゃんと予約できているか確認しました。 朝ごはんは毎日ブッフェ形式で頂きましたが、非常に美味しかったです!ちょっとだけメニューに変更もあり、4泊中3日だけ利用しましたが、飽きませんでした! 問題は部屋の壁。17階に泊まりましたが、まあ両隣の韓国人のうるさいこと。韓国人のうるさい声、赤ん坊の鳴き声が電車の中で聞こえるレベルで丸聞こえでした。夜もなかなか寝付けなかったです。上の階のドタバタする音もダイレクトに響き、最悪でした。最初は韓国人にイライラしていましたが、最終的には部屋の壁の薄さにイライラしていましたね。 壁以外は最高でした^_^
