係電梯出到房間樓層就已經有一陣陣老舊嘅氣味 只係因為酒店近忠孝復興站同兩間sogo 所以選擇呢間酒店

非常小的飯店，最大的優點就是房間寢具大而舒適，其他設備不足，沒有停車場，沒有其他飯店的設備，早餐樣式很少、很普通，大廳像一般住宅的入口，非常簡易，還好有旁邊的餐廳區可以休息，不然真難想像那是入住櫃檯。服務人員態度良好，價格不便宜的住宿和飯店設施不相符。

Overall okay la
Service was very good, just the sound insulations are not good. We hear water running in the ceiling. Actually this is not a big issue, the big issue is the door insulation, we hear other people closing doors in the middle of the night that woke me up.

Second time staying, like the ambience of the hotel. Best location, decent neighborhood and many nice restaurants around. Cosy hotel with great staff, especially thanks to Roselie for warm and efficient service!

第一次住大安館，整體還算不錯，只是整間飯店硬體上相對較舊，雖可走路到東區逛街，但整體交通相對不算便利，離捷運站有一定距離，附近便利店也相對比較少也是有一定距離，但以這價位跟區址來說還是不錯。

酒店職員非常有禮貌，態度誠懇，能積極為旅客解決住房及行程交通問題，值得讚賞！ 但酒店位位置交通較為不方便，要走十分鐘才到捷運站，附近食店及商店價錢較貴。

Nice Hotel, Professional Staff and Great Location
Professional and friendly staff all around and was able to accommodate any request. Room is clean and spacious. Amenities are among the top for the price paid. Will stay again!

We will be back soon in January 2020 ! Even the hotel equipment isn’t so updated but the size of the suite room is quite bigger enough for us to do the long stay in Taipei. Also all the staff is very friendly .

以這個房價來講，房間的質素可以再好一些。整體上是不錯：房間大，有一張可以坐2-3人的沙發，唯一不滿意的是浴室內的面盆水龍頭，有點壞了，很難才可以完全關掉而不滴水。另外，淋浴花灑頭都不能令我完全滿意。

Was checked in room 205 and it was fine until we come back to our room after 12am. Jump into the shower and wait for 15 mins. There was no hot water for shower! Having hot water is basic for a hotel, or even a hostel. But there were no hot water for shower nor the bath top. This is not acceptable and not even talking about this 4 start hotel! We call the reception, they just send someone to check out shower, and when they confirm there were no hot water, they went down again. After a while they call and tell us to give us The key for the room next door and ask us to use that. It was 1 am then. I start to get angry and complain about the situation, how can you just give us a key and ask us to go shower next door. It will be very inconvenient! Then they start to arrange another room for us! By the time we settle down it was 2am. The next day no late check out offer or any apologies. Not even at check out! It was as really bad experience, and not a pleasant stay at all. They hotel was refurbished from an old hotel I think. Both software and hardware are not that up to 4 start standard.

服務人員親切，飯店設施稍微老舊，浴室只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭不方便，客廳有水聲蠻大聲的，可是房間聽不太到，早餐選擇略少，不知道是不是我比較晚下去的關係。

Amazing comfortable hotel with great location
It's a great medium size hotel with a amazing service. We were so happy to be upgraded, and the room full of Zen+Lotus design concept. The hotel host their breakfast just at the same place as the bar, it's like you be invited to a luxury house and having breakfast on the sofa. Although this building not a new hotel anymore, some facilities had issue. As long as you told the reception, they will try their best toake you feel comfortable. I love that, because they care a lot. I had a box to post and the reception was very helpful. Thank you

3時正入住時間 4時半到達竟然說房間還沒收拾好 最初還想借"輸入入住資料要花點時間"這種爛理由蒙混過去 入住房間還算整潔 但是淋浴間設計有夠差 漏水之餘花灑頭高度不能調校 每次使用要先開個5分鐘以上水溫才不至於把你燙傷 本來共訂了入住三晚 看見第三晚還可以免費取消還是趕快換地方住好了
