去搭桃園機場捷運很方便Y13地下街下去直走就是 Y16機捷，到松山機場搭計程車230元台幣，飯店服務人員很貼心，房間也很乾淨，特設的柑阿店是一大亮點，有好多小時候吃的零食非常開心!!

第二次入住，今次與家人一同入住三人房連每日早餐，房間衛生狀況良好及整潔。不過房間編小,但係近台北車站位置，交通方便，所以都可以接受。台北車站地下街Y13出口有扶手電梯，更有升降機，步行3-5分鐘就到酒店。早餐係set，可以從5款中挑選1款，由職員即制，所以最好預番足夠時間。

整體其實非常好，特別是整潔度，有免費遊戲機玩，亦有看書的小角落。但洗衣問題真的大打折扣，全數有6層住宿，每層大概3-4間房，但只得一部洗衣機及一部乾衣機。洗衣要45分鐘，乾衣要1小時。最大問題是沒有排隊機制，吾知幾時人地洗完，要等候非常久，在那裡洗衣真的是一個非常不愉快經驗。

員工禮貌可嘉
無論入住時還是外回房，職員也很有禮貌，既打招呼也保持好看的笑容。無論大堂還是樓上的小吃店，很乾淨很舒服。 入住兩晚沒覺得房間隔音不好，反倒是沐浴後，明明玻璃有隔水的膠膜，洗手間仍會滿地濕，要小心。 整體入住感覺良好，建議入住。

最近兩次住宿三人房，第一次住6樓房間去水位比較慢，第二次住2樓就沒有問題！雖然空間較少，但感覺整潔，三樓有免費夾糖設施，很特別。 鄰近機場捷運站頗方便。 服務人員態度很好很有禮貌，也盡量解答和幫忙解決問題。

酒店位置於台北機場捷運總站附近，但離普通捷運站有點距離就是了。 徒步去中山站大概十分鐘左右。 去台北站就走地下街吧，大概5分鐘！ 酒店附近有7-11， 寜夏夜市行大約15分鐘路程 如果不太喜歡走路，這酒店可能不太適合。 至於住宿服務就真的不錯雖然隔音比較差。 酒店員工很幫忙，尤其是早上長頭髮瘦瘦的那一個女生，真的很幫忙，笑容也很好。 房間就屬於剛剛好，不要期待很大， 一般的牙刷跟拖鞋會有提供。 床是好睡的那一種，每天都會有清潔服務。 大致上算是一間好酒店。

共住四天，房間整體都十分整潔及舒適，跟朋友分別租了兩間客房，但其中一間燈光明顯比較暗，如果商務旅行需要處理文書眼睛會比較累，另外記得疫情前租住有包早餐，這次沒有留意這價錢原來沒有，有點失望但整體上也滿意
