"Rom is nice but I’d prefer it to be brighter with more lights. Bathroom decor is a bit dated but acceptable. The highlight is the breakfast where all bread choices are exceptionally tasty! Would love to come again just for the bread! Of course, location is unbeatable. "

"The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower pipe, water spill all over the place like you are playing a water gun in swimming pool. I used to check-in late in the night, and I don't want to wait another hour for someone to fix it, or a change or room is even more messy. By the way, this is not a budget hotel."
