「Nice hotel, friendly staff and large room」

「Exceptional hotel. Service was fabulous the staff could not do enough for you. Stunning golf courses. Rooms were lovely ask for a golf course view if possible. Would highly recommend.」

「Very friendly go extra mile」

「The room was spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately the room overlooked a security gate and the staff were loud with thier banter and radios which was a bit of a distraction from the serene environment. The overall hotel estate is worn and tired, looks like it has not been maintained in years. We were there for one night and wanted to go to the bar/restaurant with the view of the ocean. We were told it was full and therefore had to eat in a “pub” type restaurant next to a security gate....

「Stayed 3 nights. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment. 」

「We were thoroughly thrilled with Ilita Lodge! Perched high up on a hill, Ilita Lodge delivers splendid views of the ocean & the Great Brak River,, wonderful comfort, security & fabulous food! The only disappointment is that the GPS takes you on a very long un paved road to reach your destination, so go the other route! Otherwise we would definitely rebook there again! Friendly & helpful staff only make this lodge even more comfortable…」

「我們很滿意這次入住Fancourt hotel四晚，這裡是打高爾夫球的天堂，有三個一流球場，還有附近一小時車程內有好幾個不錯好球場。我們享受旅館優質服務和印度洋邊的高爾夫球場。 唯一讓我們非常困擾的事，旅館在我們入住前通知我們要變更我們預訂的房型，從Manor house 變成Fancourt hotel的單房套間，這個改變徒增我們這次旅行的擔心和困擾，對Fancourt hotel預訂部門的做法，感到令人失望。」

「Oubaai House is a fabulous holiday base, the photos do not capture the unique nature of this lovely home from home. The reverse level accommodation means that the living areas are flooded with light and there are the most fabulous views from the spacious the deck and pool area. The house is well equipped and finishes are high quality through out. Situated on a large beautifully maintained secure golf estate Oubaai Villa is a short drive from both the beach and nearby George with lots to see and...

「Beautiful spot and the views from the room are amazing. Nice touch breakfast brought to the room. Restaurant on the same site is a big bonus so you can sit back relax and enjoy the seaside.」

「When we arrived they showed us to the wrong room. They allocated a room with one double bed for 4 people. The replacement room was dirty and had a terrible mouldy smell. When is was bed time we found dead ants under the pillows and blankets. The tv also only had one canal. There was no WiFi in the room as promised on the web. When we enquired we were told the room is to far from the office to use WiFi. I have to give a huge compliment to all the staff for their great service. 」
