「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Bel établissement, spacieux, calme, parking facile hors saison :-) belle piscine Absolument avoir une voiture de location car quand même loin de tout, par contre en bas de la rue il y’a une excursion pour voir les dauphins à 32 euros et on en a vu ! C est bien entretenu, ménage fait chaque jours ! Par contre on est en 2024 et ne pas avoir le wifi dans les chambres c est inadmissible! Le seul endroit où l’avoir c’est au lobby ou à la piscine 😅 Hormis ça top je recommande 」

「L'hôtel et la piscine sont tres jolis, belle vue et bien situés. En revanche les chambres sont délabrées, aucune insonorisation. Je n'ai pas ferme l'œil de la nuit, c'était insupportable. Mention speciale au restaurant qui nous a comptés un menu entier a pres de 50 euros alors que nous n'avons pris qu'un plat. Le personnel est sympathique, mais belle arnaque」

Also, we ate at the Blú restaurant and the food was delicious each time. We would definitely recommend Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel and hope to stay again in the future.」
