「Great view great hospitality 」

「It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」

「Just returned from an amazing stay at the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is wonderful, set on 56 acres, beautifully decorated, only 2 stories high, very stylish. But what makes the hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived until we left they staff were absolutely wonderful. We went for breakfast every morning and by the third morning our coffee was waiting for us, when we finished a second cup arrived then we were offered a coffee to go. ...

「The rooms and the bathrooms were a good size. The room and bathroom lighting needs a major improvement.The lounge was very comfortable.」

「Overall very good, staff were very attentive. Pool out of use for last week of stay and we were moved from room due to air conditioning fault. Which caused a mix up with our bill on checking out. Would return next time. 」

「Great service. Pleasant staff. Amazing restaurants. I would recommend for a family. The beach however is not the ideal option for swimming or taking a dip - rough and water currents. And yes, lots of cats. 😻」

「Breakfast was amazing. A wonderful spread. Service was slow. John the receptionist was very polite and cordial. Valet parking must take more care of the car. Shampoo and shower gel was not available when we checked in」

「We enjoyed our stay at Vivanta, Panaji. The staff was very co-operative and gave excellent service. Arpit Kutre at front desk was very courteous. Breakfast buffet was delicious, want to congratulate the cook Vinny , waiting staff and Sagan for making great filter coffee. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. 」
