「The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. 「The most important thing to me the place was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the shower I’m a bit disappointed because every time we took a shower I have to cleaned up.water was leaking on the edge of the bath tub. Overall it’s awesome place.」

「The location of this hotel is great, but if you arrive with heavy luggage, it’s a challenge to get up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It’s also noisy because of the restaurant next door. Other things that I wasn’t pleased with was that there were some small ants on the floor of my room and that the room wasn’t made up after the first day. I thought even boutique hotels had daily housekeeping. 」

「房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。」
