A nice stay
This is a heritage hotel and is very well maintained. With a small and cosy reception and bar, the overall environment was clean and comfortable. Reception staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a single bed in the lower level of our room and the main sleeping area which was spacious enough was accessed by an in-room staircase. Bedding was comfortable. I think the staircase itself was secure but as it was of considerable height and rather straight, we had to be very careful getting up and down it. Our room was on 2nd floor and during the night it was a bit noisy as music was heard from a pub next to the hotel. We did not try the small restaurant there. It was not close to the main shopping areas and taking a Grab/taxi was a good choice to access them. We did, however, enjoyed a nice dinner at the Arab Street few blocks away. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that the toilet rolls could not be kept properly on the toilet roll holder, which luckily was in a small box so the toilet rolls could be placed in the box instead of the holder itself. I consider this hotel good for its value, although improvements can always be made.

Overall is good for business travel
The service is quite good. The space of restroom is a bit small. There are three options for breakfast. The hotel is nearby famous place Bugis. It takes about 5-10mins to work from hotel. Also there are several restaurant and bar nearby. If you'd like to take taxi/grab to Airport, it only takes you about 20mins. Overall is good for me.

It's a nice choice for who has short business trip in Singapore. Room is small and clean. Breakfast a little bit disappoint me.

old fashion, nice services but not clean enough.
there's some prob when I stay at this hotel, 1. the unique room design will make you feel like never before. 2. bed bad sheet changed every 2 days, and the shower gel sometimes empty.

其實行去mrt距離是有點遠的，而且當你很累時根本不想行，除此之外都ok，酒店燈光有點暗，早餐不太好味。

The hotel is clean and tidy and the room is big enough for 3 of us. The front desk lady and guys are very knid n helpful too. But at night time might have a bit noisy especially on Saturday whole night! But I am still recommend traveler stay with this hotel.

房間太細小，放下皮喼已不能打開房門,洗手間太狹窄，身型較胖者顯得太逼擠
房間連半自助早餐，自助部份為咖啡或茶，面包給少許前菜，主菜只有煎双蛋及半條雞肉腸，太小家。訂房間時註明有wifi 服務，但酒店職員話房間wifi有問題，要在大堂才可收到。大堂只有約8個座位，人太多

整潔、有特色的小酒店
好處： 房間算是寬敞， 狀態良好， 很清潔， 需要的設備基本都齊全， 冷氣亦很足夠。 員工服務態度很好， 笑容滿面， 幫忙約機場 shuttle bus 等都一一辦到了~ 缺點： 位於 Bugis 和 Lavender 兩個地鐵站中間， 搭地鐵要行大概 10-15 分鐘。 洗手間抽氣好像有點不足。 入住的話， 離開請櫃檯預約 shuttle bus 到機場去， 便宜又快捷， 我上次只有我兩個人坐， 變成包車了！

Don't expect a quaint, boutique hotel experience
Pretty much nothing positive to write about this hotel. Where to start...the front desk staff are dressed like people off the street (ie. no real uniform) and were watching movies behind the counter on their iphones all the time...the staff in the restaurant look and act like something from a local hawker food stall, the breakfast was so basic and poor quality, it bordered on comical...the rooms are tiny and not at all in keeping with the outside "boutique" look of the hotel. Felt more like a motel room but for some strange reason, the bathrooms were very tastefully renovated but again VERY small...The water heater kept shorting out and, together with a god-awful noise from the drain in the bedroom 10 times ever evening, we had to move to a new room. Honestly, for the amount of money we paid, I truly wish we'd spent it elsewhere. If the hotel is pitching at budget travelers, then the price should be lower...

Quite close to MRT (450M from Lavender stn) and walking distance to Bugis for shopping. Staff helpful & friendly. But room is small and some of them are just next to roadside / corridor. Have small window but you won't open it or you welcome people outside to look into your room. Noisy at friday night due to party music @ 2nd floor pub. Generally it's recommended.

Handy location for walking round Arabic and Little India districts. Felt safe. Hotel was goo. Room was very big only negative was the very tiny bathroom and very poor lighting in the room. Was hard to see for reading etc.

Overall excellent location and a great hotel, the only criticism of our room was lack of hanging rails/hooks in the bathroom. There was no provision for placing clothes, robes or towels. Otherwise all good, really appreciated the welcome drinks and complimentary drinks, snacks and chocolate provided in the fridge.

Good location close to Arab Street and not too far from the MRT. Despite being in a busy street the room was quiet. It wasn't quite the boutique hotel we expected, 'The Attic Room' was a whole floor of rooms and we were lucky to change from our first room which was damp due to a housekeeping mishap. Had trouble with hot water throughout our stay but the room was otherwise comfortable. Very helpful staff.
