bad service, untrained staffs, bad attitude
we we were staying for 6 nights in a rooms for 3, our comments is : convenience location, poor survices , bad attitude, facilities are incovenience. the hotel is old and without renovation, carpet were torn, the walkway outside the rooms was full of bad ordor. they only clean up the room once per 3 days unless specially requested, but they didn't inform the guests in advance, they place a tiny piece of sticker stating few basic information , and the message about the room cleaning is available at the 3 rd days of the staying. the guests are not well informed, and we put the green side( the red side read " need privacy ")of the door tag and hung on the door and went out, no body came for the cleaning. when we came back and discovered that the room is still in a mess, we called for the room cleaning service but we didn't receiced and possitive feed back fromthe counter.

ridiculous!
they arranged us next to the room which they offered nursing service! is so noisy! kids were screaming and crying while we still sleeping! i don't understand why they dont arrange family with kids on that floor. I gave feedback abt this when i checkout. That staff only said "oh, we have a church event today". Comon'! It's been 3 days! And that floor, half of it is event venue, half is hotel rooms. The door to hotel rooms look like door in hospital...looks really scary. And the room is old. So although the location is good, I don't recommend this hotel for sure, unless u're ok with screaming and crying!

Highly not recommended
Despite our request, there is no cleaning service even I hang on the logo to state "can service" and inform the receptionist as well. The only time they put the clean towels outside of my room on the door after I requested to have new towels. I stay for 4 nights but never able to call the receptionist by phone. Room is too old and dirty.

Temperature
The air conditioning cannot be adjusted. It is cold. It is difficult to get the right temperature for the shower, either too hot or too cold.

The hotel is pretty dated and poorly managed. Room service was slow and not so responsive. It took them 45mins to bring me extra towels. Another big problem was the toilet. The water temperature was never stable, either it was too hot or it was freezing. The floor in the room was also quite dusty. The only good thing is the location.

Disappointed experience
The room is totally different from the Hotels.com website. The toilet is dirty. The toilet light is blinking. There is a salamander is inside the toilet which isn't moving. The room doesn't get clean unless it reaches 3 nights. Air conditioning is terrible that you cannot control the temperature. So noisy at all.

對新加坡第一個失望
雖然是個老飯店，也不能忽略服務品質吧!我們是一家人訂了兩間房，結果一間安排在10樓，另一間排在21樓。10樓一出電梯就充斥著菸味彌漫。conceirge的態度不是很友善，問問題愛理不理的。
