"Recently renovated since my last visit, my return to the Gotanda branch was a pleasant one. Check-in and check-out was seamless and any queries/requests we had were promptly handled by the wonderful staff. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. Feel free to request and collect an iron from the reception if necessary. Rooms were proofed well and the in room facilities served us well. Always happy to return! "

"作りの古さはあるとはいえ、それを補って余りあるリフォームの手際。ロケーション（大通りがすぐ近く、線路も比較的近く）ということによる音、ほぼ板一枚ガラス一枚で外の歩道と接していることによる朝の通勤時人々が行き交う音や話し声といった事を気にするかどうかが意見の分かれるところかもしれませんが、ここは都会に残された昭和の民家。懐かしさを感じさせてくれ、私はそうした外の音も環境音として受け入れられました。時代に置いてけぼりにされた小さな民家、きっと傷みも少なくなかったであろう家に息吹を吹き込んだリフォームやインテリアの工夫に脱帽です。"

"Very convinient, JR Line , Osaki Station. All Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful. Last but not least , Hotel Guest have access (for a fee) to a member only Fitness Club inside the building. I will stay in this well funktion Hotel again ."

"Hotel opposite has airport shuttle to Haneda, or you can take one stop Rinkai Line to the Tennozu Isle station, and 2 mins walk to the mono rail station. It takes about 6 stops to Haneda Airport. Aeon mall is also on the opposite side, a medium size food court on the basement, a super market & a cafe/bar. Upper floors are the same as other aeon mall pattern. This is my 2nd time staying, for the ease to airport and close to Shinagawa, and also for good prices. The room quite lacks of space for...

"Stay was comfortable and service was good. A little inconvenient for the hotel lobby to be on the 16th floor. But is right next to the station and the mall."

"Very convenient location, across the street from train line. Lots of food, bars, and other fun/party locations near by for fun activities and a don Quixote. Recommend for a one night stay if you are looking for a budget hotel to crash at during travel. Located between shibuya and Shinjuku. 30 min train ride with a transfer from Haneda. Small rooms but is to be expected in Tokyo."

"The location is covenient. Walking distance to the nearest station. Many restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Noon checkout is a wonderful thing. Staff and cleaning crew are super friendly. We keep going back there whenever we’re in Tokyo. "

"Very nice hotel, good location, good shopping access. Lately, all hotels seem to be using comforters for bedding as with this hotel. I find this to be too hot for my liking. A light blanket would be ideal."
