「This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.」

「The unit i was in was clean and inngood repair. My favorite part was the shower, i absolutely loved the rain fall shower they had. 」

「This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place. 」

「The views are absolutely amazing! The pool and roof garden are the perfect area to relax in. Onsite shop well stocked. Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. 」

「房間很大，但整體設備偏舊 早餐採自助式，種類很多元，滿好吃的 位處金三角，交通相當方便 服務人員態度好，一度有費用跟hotels.com對不起來的問題，但聯絡櫃檯後有幫我更正」

「One of the hostess is called Mila. She is an excellent hostess, kind, patiënt, very positive and vibrant. The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave 」

「I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! 」

「I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it...
