「The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. Hopefully, there's improvement in the future. 」

「The worst stay ever. The apartment is spacious and view is nice. The apartment condition is bad , the sofa is full of stain and dirty, Unpleasant smell around the house, the furniture also broken alot . Even bed sheet got stained . I passed Rm200 for security deposit at the counter upon check in , however I had checkout earlier the next day, the staff said will refund the money in 1-2days, however it was refunded after 4days and they deducted Rm63.68 from my deposit FOR NO REASON.
