When I did check in the room, the staff debited the room charge again which mean I paid twice for only one room being reserved. ( I have paid for it before and the relevant payment has been settled for few month.) After I asked for the reason why I needed to sign the receipt if that transaction was for room deposit only, the staff went for double-check and found that he made the duplicate payment to me and later on he cancelled the transaction. It was terrible that he would debit twice if I didn't ask.
During the 6D5N of stay, I felt extremely disappointed as someone has gone into my room without permission even though I have lightened the 'Do not disturb'.I didn't wanna any hotel staffs gone into my room that's why I have put the 'Do not disturb' light in place but the hotel staff or housekeeper completely ignored it.
What's more, as I have known that there were no closets provided in some rooms and thus I have sent out for over 4 emails to email address of hotel which has shown on its official website before one to two weeks of my check-in date. But no any replies have been received until now. Therefore, a room without closet has been assigned to me and I could not change to another room which included closet even though I have requested for few times.
The in-room lightening system was not user-friendly since it would turn off automatically while I was taking the shower.
Lastly, it was a bit difficult to communicate with some hotel staffs as their English were quite poor.
