非常美好的居住經驗!
飯店服務人員非常的細心對客人很關心，我們是假期的前一天入住，很多商店都提早關門，飯店服務人員還特別幫我們打聽COEX MALL商店營業的時間。如果是家庭旅遊非常適合住兩間房的房型，空間很大，有廚房、洗衣機、客廳、感覺很像就在家裡。唯一我要抱怨的是飯店跟賭場連接的走廊煙味很重。

Convenient place but need improvement in cleaning
酒店位置非常的方便，市區機場連接就在旁邊，步行數分鐘即可抵達。樓下是型商場，里面食肆，商店林立，甚至有圖書館，總之非常方便。房間的空間很大，有廚房和洗衣機，方便家庭入住。但清潔一般，第一天入住發現電話和浴缸有頭發，住了4晚，走的時間仍在，隔離浴室與浴缸的屏風很多霉菌，有點惡心。不是很新的酒店。

Near COEX, Room rate at promotion is attractive.
Nice, clean, convenient. Close to COEX. Shopping and diniing is very convenient. To take the airport but, you have to walk to COEX Inrercontinental but not too far.

Spacious Room & Good Value for Money
Proximity to the City Air Terminal with in town checkin and immigration service is very convenient, it save a lot of time in quenuing in the airport. The room is extremely spacious and well equiped. Acoustic is excellent. This hotel would be perfect if the window design of the room is full height with no fixed window blind.

Great suite!
Nice decoration in the suite, private bathroom for each rooms make 2 families have enough privacy. Hygiene is great too, bed is comfy! Hotel crews are polite and helpful if you have sight seeing enquiry.

Close to COEX, wonderful location for attending conference in COEX. Nice and clean.

去coex看演出了定了这家，近没隔壁那个什么忘记名字的酒店近，check in的时候有顾客在那貌似争执什么，有点吵起来的感觉，印象不好，check out的时候竟然告诉我我要付费88000韩币的上网费用，我就住了一天，工作人员说我选择的是一个月使用的费用，估计是我朋友（不懂英文）不小心按错了，在我的据理力争下收了22000韩币，太恶心了，以后再也不会住这家！！

Large room space and good location
This hotel was relocated next to Coex shopping mall, you can visit shopping mall whenever you want. Also, there is subway station can allow you travel to any places. Also, there is a bus station at Coex which can allow you travel to the airport easily. Room with kitchen which really with many kinds of kitchen facilities available for use.

很好的酒店
这家酒店设施设备都很不错，就是不知道是否有懂中文的员工能与我们沟通，唯一的缺点就是房间实在太不好订了，从中国大陆、香港各个旅行社那里找了好多家才终于找到一家有房订。
