The most difficult part of this renovation has been getting the notices up prominently enough for people to see. Mollie, I am so sorry that you were disappointed in your recent stay. We have done our best to post notifications on the websites regarding renovations. The 25.00 authorization should have fallen off of your card within a few days of check-out provided you didn't make any long distance phone calls from the rooms phone, or anything else that may have posted against it. I hope you will give us another chance once renovations are completed

James, I apologize for the issues you had with checking in at the hotel. We have tried to set things up to be as workable as possible, unfortunately, in your case, we fell short.
