「Great experience would recommend 」

「Staff was constantly cleaning the common area, especially Reception. Room was clean, however, there was a peculiar order in the room when the A/C wasn't running. And it wasn't on when we checked in and we had to keep turning it off and on because the fan ran continuously even when set on auto.」

「I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. 」

「Being right on the beach was so convenient! Loved the constant ocean wave sounds and watching the sunrise from the balcony was pretty awesome! The breakfast was good and had lots of variety so even our picky eater found stuff he liked. Having onsite parking included was a plus. The staff were friendly and everything was as advertised. Would certainly stay here again.」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「The hotel appeared to appeal to young adults and families. The lobby had many activities going on, including a bar in the middle of the lobby so checking in was very noisy. Staff was incredibly on top of any need we had. I hate having to use valet parking but the service was fast and courteous. 」

「We loved our stay. The over all feel of the hotel is very cozy, warm and inviting. The amenities are over the top and the location is absolutely perfect because of the proximity to amazing restaurants. The only real drawbacks are thin walls (noise carries!) and certain repairs/upkeep that was obviously not being done. The door to our room didnt close properly without forcing it and the trashcans in the hallways were chipped and overflowing at times.」

「It is clean, but a little bit noisy of the air condition. The guy in the front desk is not that polite and warm, especially after I checked out. 」

「Overall a great stay! Staff were very kind & helpful. Safe & convenient location on the oceanfront. Private rooftop pool as well. We did have issues with our bathtub draining, and dirty towels were taken but not replaced. Otherwise a great stay & would go back. 」

「All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.」
