Comfortable, nice and convenient hotel to stay.

The location of hotel is convenient, within walking distant to old town. The room was clean and spacious, the hotel staff are helpful and nice, they gave us recommendation of place to visit and place to eat. The only problem was during our stay the bath room shower tube was broken, we could not take shower, the technician fixed it twice but in vain. It was until the next day another technician replace the tube then the problem was solved.

条件很差，标称4星，根本不如中国的3星标准。是这次旅行满意度最低的酒店。

Location is fair but it is easy to walk to town centre. Noise insulation is bad in the room. Can hear people walking and talking loudly from the corridor. Also can clearly hear the toilet fushing from other rooms. Wifi is poor, always get disconnected.

Dear Guest, due to our very central location, it may happen at times that during the day it is not completely calm on the street. From the corridors it is mnormal during the day to hear some noises from guests going to the rooms, wifi has been checked and is working fine, please see your firewall settings before connecting, 250 devices thay day had no problem with the internet. 好評! 由hallstatt坐公車，有一個站在酒店附近。訂了三人房，給了我們四人房，四人房是分開的兩間房，十分驚喜。沒有水煲，附近有超級市場、數間餐廳(狐狸餐廳)，步行至舊城區十分鐘內，離火車站十五分鐘(算近了)。

订的四人房，空间大小还算可以，就是房间的灯关比较昏暗。酒店前台态度很差，高傲，爱理不理的，咨询问题不理睬还给脸色客人看，让帮忙提前预约出租车还要办理好退房手续才打电话预约，害我们差点就赶不到时间去火车站坐车。

早餐好吃，房間乾淨舒適，但住在最邊邊所以網路訊號不佳，服務台人員提供非常多的資訊，整體來說住得很開心舒適。

Very nice, big and clean room. The breakfast is good too with a lot of choices. The reception lady is nice. They are willing to have you put your luggages there.

位置離景點很方便早餐不錯

離車站稍微有點距離不過一出飯店走沒多久就到舊城區了附近就有兩三間超市相當方便房間稍微有點年紀不過蠻乾淨的服務人員態度不錯早餐相當豐盛如果想在這邊獃上兩三天放鬆我會蠻推薦這一間飯店的

Friendly and helpful staff

Staff: very friendly and helpful; Location: convenient to sight-seeing (walk 10 mins). Room: very clean. 24 hours hot water supply.

房間清潔, 但設施十分殘舊, 窗簾、牆腳線、電燈爛了, 但都沒有修理. 但絶佳的位置足以彌補這些不足, 位置十分好, 步行約10分鐘已到河邊, 過了橋便是舊城區, 即大部份景點旳所在地. 由酒店到河邊沿途有些食肆, 其中一間好像叫Saboro的餐廳，有多款意粉類及薄餅供應，也有其他扒類，食物平靚正，值得一試。

within walking distance to the ceter

We had an apartment room at the hotel. The decoration of the hotel is unified and each room has a topic such as a german play wright, I like this part. At first sight, I found the hotel a little bit old, e.g. the carpet and the counter. In our room, the window was also old, that we had to ask someone to close it for us. But the room and the bathroom was very big for two, they even had the sofa bed in the living room covered with sheet, so each of us could have a whole bed our own. And the price is not high at all.

very good location, staffs are kind, but room was not cleaned well- floor was sticky, towels had hairs, smelly room, etc. there’re minimum amenities, but breakfast was good in that $.

Super schönes,modernes, sauberes Zimmer! Dusche war sehr sauber mit Glastüren. Bad mit Fenster. Frühstück war lala. Auswahl war ok. Eine Stunde vorher wurde nichts mehr aufgefüllt, was zum einen natürlich sehr nachhaltig ist, andererseits hatte man weder Saft noch Kaffee. Nur noch Toast. Keine Butter. Dame am Buffet war recht unfreundlich und überfordert. Der Rest vom Personal schien freundlich. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns die zwei Nächte wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet. Man ist zu Fuß ruckzuck in der Innenstadt, alles ist gut erreichbar, auch der Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Alt i alt en god oplevelse

Overordnet set en god oplevelse og et udmærket hotel. Vi ankom meget sent om aftenen, da vi var strandet i Salzburg, fordi vores tog ikke kunne køre videre pga uvejr. Hotellet ligger ikke tæt på jernbanen, så vi ankom med taxa. På det første værelse vi fik, lå der en kæmpe klump hår i toilettet, hvilket ikke lige tydede på, at rengøringen var ok. Vi fik dog et andet værelse og en beklagelse fra receptionisten. God morgenmad.

Bon hôtel, à 15mm du centre-ville , personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. C est dommage que pour un quatre étoiles il n y ait pas de bouilloire / machine à café dans la chambre.
