But their Hotels.com listings aren't correct: there is no "Deluxe Room, Valley View" (so we did not get the room we expected), and they do not accept credit cards. The room was enormous and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, though the walls showed signs of age. Loved the ping-pong table and the quick drive to the fort. "

"This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal.
