The water pressure is quiet weak... no one greets us when we do our check in, like telling us what kind of facility that we can use, and what time does it open etc.. we have to find out the hotel information ourselves, besides that overall it’s ok.

这是第二次住了！怎么说呢 酒店旧了许多 环境是好的 特别是看日落很棒 可是房间真的有点旧 次所去不了水 wifi很慢 带了风筒去也用不了 应该是功率不够

We stayed at family room for 4 persons. Even charge per night extra 10US dollars for bottles water and towel but daily don’t give sandals and sufficient bottles water. One day call for towels but wait whole day nobody bring towels to room. Unbelievable Hyatt Regency can give this kind of service!

i wish I stayed here 20 years ago. Don;t get me wrong, it is still a great hotel. Everything you want is here. It has great sea view, located right on the famed Micro beach. it has a good sized pool and a nice garden. Most high floor rooms has sea views. Wifi is free and the room is spacious. Service is good. But I can;t help feeling I am in a 1970's hotel. The green and white color did not appeal to me. the whole structure look great in the 70's and 80's, but now, with the price i paid, I expect something more stylish and modern. The service is good, and the staffs are helpful.The Buffet food are only average. Crabs and seafood are overcooked, the selection are limited. Their seafood buffet should have a greater variety and choice. Most food are not refilled quick enough. The hotel is in the centre of Garapan, so there are many choice for shopping an d dining. and the hotel also offer free car parking, and hiring a car is the best way to explore the island.

酒店地理位置非常好，靠近美国国家纪念公园和DFS，周围有许多有名而美味的食肆。如果选择租车自驾游，北行路线和南行路线都很方便。酒店房间大而干净，阳台可以欣赏到园景和海景，但是设施比较陈旧，尤其是床和被单，不太符合五星级酒店的水准。然而，瑕不掩瑜，酒店的私家海滩很不错，可以玩浮潜，也可以看日落，特别难能可贵的是海滩很干净，沙子又白又细。

性价比不高
悦泰住了四晚，凯悦住了两晚，凯悦也不错，但是相比而言没有悦泰性价比高。住的豪华海景，房间够大，阳台海景非常美，晾衣服是个大问题。楼下沙滩花园不知道是不是台风刚过，还没有恢复好，感觉整体有点乱，沙滩上也是有点狼藉。不如悦泰

酒店職員服務好，意大利餐廳好正，值得一試。但酒店免費Wi-Fi真係太慢速，房間普通，該酒店保養不足。

因为选择的是塞班凯悦的VIP房间，全天海景景色，无一遮拦，每天收拾三次的客房服务真是没得挑，床垫子非常舒服，酒店的清洁度值得赞扬，更多的是美丽的景色，推荐全家住在这里，孩子最爱游玩的泳池项目，洁白的沙滩，不愧是当地最好的酒店之一

总体上说是个相当不错的酒店，唯有早餐不很丰盛对应其价格显得性价比不高。

位置好
该酒店是岛内最好的，但塞班是玩水的地方，普遍酒店硬件设备都一般，这个酒店老了。因为资源运输的关系，淡水都很紧张，另外房间舒适度一般，无法泡澡。

绝佳的地理位置
这次跟朋友一起，三个家庭集体入住凯悦，位置非常棒，出门买东西很方便，旁边就是美国几年公园，酒店的沙滩也很干净，下次来的话还会选择这里的

确实拥有最好的一片沙滩了
确实应该是岛上最好的酒店了，房间还是蛮大的，住的是最高的七楼，在阳台上看出去的海景真的很美。阳台稍显不够独立，设施只能算是一般了。总体来说还是比较满意的。

酒店位置很好，沙滩也非常棒，还是值得一住的。但是WIFI使用起来比较麻烦，需要反复设置，且只能在酒店的楼中使用，花园和沙滩上都不能用，不太方便，其他都还不错。

Pros - The staff were nice and willingly helpful. - The location is at the center of the city, everywhere is walkable and the neighborhood is safe even in the night. Cons - The hotel itslef and the facilities are very old, and not very maintained well. - The most thing I did not like was the shower. The water pressure is not very high, it was difficult to wash off the soap and shampoo.

The hotel is fine and the service is very good. Very friendly personnel. The dining options are limited. Giovanni's restaurant only opens once a week. The menu in the caffe is limited and they have only two wines and one champagne by the glass. Overall, the stay was good.
