Each room has multiple Power outlets plus for mobile charging, the specific outlet are with Alarm clock3.We have full continental hot breakfast between 6am-9am. It is NOT a Howard Johnson like you would imagine. It still has La Quinta Inn signage everywhere, and if you like La Quinta, then it's yours to have. The manager was "in the back" doing God knows what while a guest and I were screaming for service, banging on all the doors available, looking EVERYWHERE for this person, and then nonchalantly with a very calm behavior, the manager just said, "Sorry I was in the back". That's just the management of the place. Room: The freezer was frozen and the door was unable to close, smells of smoke in the room and sheets, A/C was in a comma state, dirty bathtubs, not enough breakfast for all guests at 8am and then they complained on us "being late". BAD IN ALL WAYS. DO NOT GO HERE

Was over charged. Went to ask about it and they couldnt explain why. Manager never called back. Staff yelled and swore at me saying "what the **** is your problem?" When i asked whats going on with the extra charge. I wouldnt have noticed it if i didnt check to pay my bills. After i left, i notified a friend and told him about it. As he was leaving, he notice multiple guest also trying to figure out why they was over charged. I am currently still following the pe ding payment. Room tv and door was broke. Noticed it got worse the second night and told the staffs but they did nothing.

We failed to take time changes into account when we made the drive out to Sacramento and arrived far earlier than expected, and were allowed to check in super early. Staff was great, and the room was clean and updated.

The rooms were very small and basic for the price. They were clean, but the exterior is showing its age. The hotel is located in an unsafe area with homeless encampments all around the property and people sleeping on the sidewalks. Expect alchohol and drug activity in the area. Freeway noise was disruptive to sleep. I would not stay here with small children. For that matter, I would not stay here again myself, even at a lower rate.

Would never stay here again, homeless people everywhere, did not feel safe there. The room was very small and not very clean and no trash can in the room to put your trash in!

Waited 25 minutes for the front desk person to arrive upon check-in. Upon check out went to front desk three times nobody was there left the key in the room. Called four different times to let them know we had checked out no answer no ability to leave a message.

Check in was rocky but a nice lady just starting her shift was very pleasant and took care of me. I thought it was odd that the workers were not speaking in English in front of their patrons and it felt awkward. There was a noisy dog barking for over an hour. I called the front desk to address it and was hung up on.

There was water dripping from the coolers onto the ground outside the rooms, the rooms are in need of updating, our bathroom door was half off the hinges, we live in Nevada and the Casino hotel rooms are so much nicer I was disappointed. It took 20 minutes to check in the room.
