「Really lovely stay in this quiet little Oast House. We stayed in a round room, beautifully decorated with ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee and biscuits, TV in room. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for clothes. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone was so friendly. We also had an excellent roast dinner on the Sunday. Just a short walk into Rye, which was a bonus. Would totally recommend it, and we hope to stay there again. 」

「Great prpperty with character. My room 14 was very nice and spacious but the bed does need some leveling. Because of the floor the head is a couple of inches higher than the feet. A couple of russian novels on the foot pegs to level the bed!」
