I book it like early the week and when I arrive the front desk lady didn’t want to give me a room in the second or third floor she said that the room was already assigned to me … And another thing the room didn’t have the remote control so it was very bad customer. Service

I really appreciate the upkeep and cleaniness of the property, inside lobby, parking lot, and inside the room. I was quite concern in the evening around 9:30pm with doors shutting and slamming frequently. I'm not sure if that was inspection happening in every vacant room, but i would suggest doing that at an earlier time and not in the evening when im trying to sleep.

The night gal was great. When i checked out i needed the cart to move my luggage. I wa s not informed that my card would not work in t he door. In retrospect. That makes sense. But when i told her id keep the card to go back with the cart., why did she not say, it wont work. I was lucky housekeeping was there and let me in. Ir i would have had to go back down to the lobby from the 3rd floor.

Asked 3 separate times for more pancake mix for the breakfast, never happened. Minimal food left at 9am.

The room met our needs. Oddly, the room door was ajar when we arrived and there was water on the floor by the tub and a mop on the floor inside the door. The room seemed clean otherwise. Breakfast was great.

When I arrived, staff told me they canceled my reservation and no room available. They claimed they called me and left a message. None of these happened. Staff also very rude.

Property was clean and very quiet. The room had a microwave, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom had great lighting and provided Dove hair, lotion and hand washing products. Restaurants, grocery, and gas are nearby and it is located right off the freeway so that makes it easily accessible.
