「The hotel was quite nice despite the appearance of the neighborhood; it is well located, only a couple of blocks from the main plaza. Check-in was efficient and the staff friendly and helpful, but English is limited. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, complete with refrigerator and balcony. 「Good location right across from Cruz del sur bus station. Rooms all face a very long lap pool and the ocean . Room seemed recently painted and fixed up. Bath room sink leaks water as u wash hands. Walls a bit thin. But overall a comfortable stay. Good buffet selection at breakfast. 」

When we arrived, of course without any info we were not able to stay. Thank God for the Homeaway representative who was amazing! She accommodated us to a nearby hotel. It was my first time booking through this system and was not a good experience.」
