Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available.」

One thing that bothered me is that there was no sheet to protect touch from quilt. 」
