No hot water, advertised a resteraunt but was close. Night clerk 1st night was excellent n very helpful. Next morning clerk was very rude when called about no hot water.

We apologize for the inconvenience of our hot water heater breaking and us having to get someone in to fix it. As for the restaurant, we apologize, but when they closed suddenly with no warning there is not much we can do about that. We are working hard to get a new restaurant on site.

We tried checking in at 11:00am after traveling for 24 and were told that they had no rooms available and check in time was 3PM. We then waited until 3pm and then was told our room wasn’t available and the instead of a King room we would get 2Queens instead. After checking in, I stepped outside to have a cigarette and saw no less than 5 drug deals go on in the parking lot and 2 go on at the front desk with the attendant as one of them. Never staying there again.

I am so sorry about the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. I do apologize that my front desk was following our policy of check in at 3pm. Also I was the one that checked you in and you asked for a first floor room and you agreed to switching the room types to get the first floor.

The temp in our room would not go below 75 degrees. There were many empty rooms and they put us in the back by guest laundry and the ice machine. Our 2nd night there was a clanking dryer going at 11:00 PM and people using the ice machine at 3:30 & 5:00 AM. The room was very beat up and the back parking lot seemed unsafe.

I didn't even get to stay there but in the past it was disgusting they're rude and they lie on the people to stay there saying that things were wrong with room and they really weren't

You did stay with us, we just refused to let you stay on your most recent reservation. Your 'service dog' left fleas all over your room and you burned holes in our linens.

Lots of foot traffic and chatter in hallways during sleeping hours - Often very loud. The door on the main entrance in the rear of the building would not shut and lock. This door was near my room.

Tiffany, at the front desk, was FANTASTIC! The bed was comfortable and room was decent, except for being HOT and we werent able to get it cooled down. Cleaniness for the majority of the room was good except for a convenience store pop cup half full in the closet and long black hair in the shower.

Hotel website and Expedia both advertised buffet breakfast available, but there was no breakfast. We were not informed of this when we checked in, just found out in the morning when we went to eat. Carpet was stained, bathroom door was broken and would not latch. Hallway was loud and someone tried to open our door in the early morning hours.

We were sent to the wrong room, there were 4 empty beer cans in our room when we got there, the fridge is full of orange gunk, the rooms are set up like a fishbowl and the entire front wall is glass, doors don’t close or lock properly, the place is falling apart, staff seem like they’re on drugs, overall awful. We had no outdoor windows in our room, our bed was supposed to be a king and wasn’t. Felt extremely unsafe, have no elevator. I can’t express enough how bad it was.

I am sorry that you did not feel safe in our hotel, but I assure you all our exterior doors do lock and we don't let anyone without a room wander the halls.

Oh where to start. Check in went easy enough, get up to the room and get inside, the smoke detector has a dead battery or something causing it to shriek every 30 seconds, attempt to call the front desk from the room phone. Room phone doesnt work. The thermostat was set at a warm 75 degrees, turn it all the way down to 65, and it still blows luke warm air. Leave a note about the smoke detector, the phone, and the AC and go to the front desk to let them know i have some issues id like fixed while i run an errand. Get back 30 mins later, the room is still warm and AC is not working, the smoke detector issue was fixed. Go to use the phone to call the desk asking about the AC unit as it is very warm in the room, the guy who came to "fix" everything, literally just unplugged the phone jack. If it didnt work before it certainly doesnt when it's unplugged. What was supposed to be a nice little get outta the house for the night turned into a total waste of almost 100 dollars. They advertise restaurants on their listing, all of them have been shut down. Tried to order a pizza from Boss Pizza, when i gave them my address they said the wont even deliver there because of past issues. Dont waste your money, im going to try my damndest to get a refund but who knows. Just want people to be aware of what you'll actually encounter at the property.

The bathroom had 8" long curly hair hanging on the walls of the shower and around the drain. There was macaroni & cheese dried on to the carpet at the foot of the bed. We asked if they had air conditioning and they said yes. We get to the room and it was a fan in the wall. Besides there was no elevator to get to the 2nd floor with all your luggage. I was not impressed at all and would never stay there again.

The front desk guy was little weird… we get to our room and the door is half open!!!!! No heat and when it does come on sounds like a train!!!! Would not recommend this to anyone!!!!!!
