「Decent hotel when staying in Xela. Very friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Rooms are outdated and could benefit from general updates. The caged birds got to me, some had no plants or shade and seemed miserable. 」

The staff is equally kind and helpful. I would love to return. The view of the city is stunning. You are walking distance to the Central Park and many cafes and services. Highly recommend. 「I never think the hotel will be that great to when I walking In there the hotel is super beautiful and is great staff is great and friendly is a small hotel not that crowded is great compare to others hotel I stay there I will go back when I go back to that city you will like to take pictures everywhere is close to everything breakfast was great coffee and everything Oscar was a great person greeting us and friendly we went for for 3 nights but decided to stay another night to relax . 「It was a nice little place. It was clean and people were nice. The only problem I had was getting out early in the morning and getting in late at night. They close the door at 8pm and I think they open at 7am, but then again it makes it safer too. Also I didn't realized they close during lunch so we had a hard time getting in at midday one day and had to wait. We were in a hurry to go to my mother's funeral, so i wasn't very pleased. 」
