「We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. 「The hotel location was perfect! Across from the Promenade, a block from our morning cafe latte & chocolate croissant. Our room faced the city (actually another building) which was very quiet & appreciated. The check-in staff was very friendly, helpful (my son had a bad cold, she helped us find a Chemist that was open on Sunday). They could not have been nicer. 「The room wasn't ready when we checked in, and we have to switch between rooms for many times. As the room we booked was ready we finally switched back. The rooftop swimming pool was small and didn't open during evening. An average level but great location.」

「Great hotel with straightforward accommodations. It was a little outside the main "old town" area, but it wasn't too far a walk away. A great choice if all you need is a great bed to sleep in and are ok with a little bit of walking/ubering to get around. Area was a bit loud at night and walls were a bit thin, but overall was a great experience.」
