The worst part of my trip
This is the worst stay than ever. I would give zero if i can. We have stayed in four different hotel, hostel, bnb during this trip. This experience is extremely bad. Staffs are very unhelpful and impolite. Room is very very small and without a proper window. Wifi is broken. It is not worth to stay in a place like that. So i moved to bnb at the end. Not recommend at all!

As you can see from the reviews from other guests we are doing our best to cater all the needs and be helpful, so we are very surprised with this review. The room size is as described on the web sites and the attic rooms, that you booked, have small windows (as shown on the pictures on the sites). We are sad that you didn't come to the reception desk and talk to us, we would try to solve your problem as we always try to do. We originally booked this room for two nights but ended up staying an additional two nights because we liked the room and location so well! The staff in reception were so friendly and helpful. They were very available and attentive. When we were out during the day, we came back to a tidy room! The restaurant downstairs was wonderful for breakfast plus, guests were given a discount. We definitely recommend Boutique Suites Joyce if you want to be in old Town and close to the waterfront. We would stay here again in the future!

We did 3 nights here and we wished we could have stayed longer!! Rooms were big and clean and overlooked the square,restaurants were starting within a minute of leaving the front door!! Staff were great and front desk staff were more than happy to help you with any questions you asked!! Definitely would go back to this hotel!! 👍👍

No easy parking around so, it’s to be anticipated through asking the hotel their dedicated parking slot. The location is great out of this criteria and enable to walk easily in the city center in a minute. Tiny but clean and convenient room.

Joyce is very well situated, has parking nearby. Some things in the bathroom do not work[ air extractor, mirror light]. A concert in front pf the premises every evening [sep 16 to 18].

La propiedad está muy bien comunicada. Es muy fácil llegar desde el departamento anexo donde nos alojamos nosotros a los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. En el edificio anexo tiene un parking que es para la habitación exclusivamente. Durante nuestra estadía no funcionó el wifi y no pudimos solucionarlo.

Staff was very friendly. Parking is available at another spot and he explained in details how to get there. Location is very central but we didin't hear the noise once window was closed.

A really nice hotel in a prime location. We had a hard time finding it and the receptionist walked to our car and guided us to the hotel. It is a really nice part of Pula.

Clean & comfy but very cramped
The room looked much bigger when we booked but it was very cramped so definitely wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights. The bathroom in particular was tight. The curtains didn't really keep much daylight out and the light from the hallway lit up the room a bit at night. Pretty noisy over the weekend but it is a fairly central location so this was to be expected. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Visited October 2022. Stayed one night on our tour through Croatia. Very nice hotel in old city center. Clean, quiet, great location. Receptionist Marina was extremely helpful in giving us directions and information about the city.

Fantastic location, close to everything in the centre. Attic room was small as expected but very clean & modern with really good A/C. Staff friendly and helpful.

Expensive for the location and standard of hotel
Expensive for the hotel and location. Room was basic to say the least, no safe, no fridge, coffee machine etc. small single beds and small television. Lots of noise from the outside every night ranging from bands to singers to DJ's. Air conditioning seemed to have one setting, freezing cold or off (despite setting higher). Breakfast not available in the hotel, need to go to an outside restaurant.

Friendly staff and prime location
The receptionist and hotel staff was so friendly. They tailored to all our needs without hesitation. The location of the hotel was prime. It’s the ideal location if you want to be walking around everywhere.

Es ist ein Hostel, deshalb darf man keine geräumigen Zimmer erwarten. Aber mitten im Zentrum bedeutet, das Programm ist direkt vor dem Haus und das Restaurant ist auch nur 5 min zu Fuß. Selbst wenn es vor dem Hostel laut ist, halten die gut isolierten Fenster den Lärm draußen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, total lösungsorientiert, wenn es Probleme gibt und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze sind 5 min zu Fuß und mit 10 Euro pro Tag günstiger, als die gebührenpflichtigen Parkplätze. Es gibt keine freien Parplätze in Pula , nur teure Strafzettel. Die Beamten sind immer zu sehen. Also lieber eine von den nur 5 möglichen Hotelparkplätzen gleich mit buchen. Der Aufenthalt in Pula war sehr schön und ist zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto kann man die Umgebung perfekt erkunden und findet den passenden Strand. Es gibt sie noch, die ruhigen Strände.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au centre de la vieille ville, la réception fonctionne jusqu'à minuit. En revanche, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était si exigüe qu'une fois les valise ouverte il n'était plus possible de circuler autour du lit. La salle de bains est à la même échelle. A noter également pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Au bout du compte, l'hôtel me semble-t-il surévalue ses prestations qui ne comprennent pas le petit déjeuner.

Cozy, clean room that was everything I needed as a solo traveller that was using the hotel as simply somewhere to put my head at night. Really well located in Pula within walking distance of the towns main attractions.
