「房間很寬敞而且乾净。浴室很现代化 熱水很熱。 免费機場接送極為方便,我們航班delay晚上11點才抵達,行前有預約接機,出機場就看到接機先生,他等我們超過一小時,而且前往飯店路上親切有禮與我們聊天,非常感謝他。 飯店工作人員非常專業和樂于助人,令人很安心。 酒店的位置距機場僅5分鐘車程，距SM Mall 也5分鐘車程,三輪車50peso。 最棒的是三樓按摩spa,環境乾淨放鬆,按得很好價格非常公道,我們去了二次。 我們很喜歡Best Western Ivywall酒店，如果我们返回公主港，我們很願意再次入住。」

「The rooms are quite small but have a fan and an A/C and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a social hostel but to relax and have a it of time for yourself it’s great. The owners are great: friendly and helpful. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and the big mall. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!」

「Staff nice good for budget hotel」

「老闆很熱情，願意提供協助。但停留多晚，第一天早上請員工幫忙整理房間，一直到下午都沒有人打掃。下午進房又再請員工打掃才珊珊來遲…第二天、第三天無人打掃，第四天早上再度請員工進房打掃，員工又是一個拖、一直到下樓再請一次才願意打掃。 早餐品質不佳，只是要個美祿…有如請求員工施捨一般。」

「Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. 」
