Thank you for taking the valuable time to provide feedback from your most recent stay at Aleenta Hua Hin - Pranburi. Guest feedback is invaluable for us to know the areas in which we can improve. We sincerely apologise that you experienced a short circuit on 3 occasions, this was a result of every power socket being used at the same time and it caused the fuses to blow, we were very pleased that we could change the fuses for you each time as soon as it happened. The trees outside of the room provide a nice natural shade, we didn't see any bee hive on the trees but we will check regularly to see if they are going to make a home there and relocate them in the best way possible. We provide a complimentary birthday cake for guests who have a birthday during there stay with us, as your birthday was 30 days away a cake wasn't provided for you unfortunately, although if i had known about your request at the time then we would of been more than happy to provide a birthday cake for you. We are sincerely sorry that you was not entirely satisfied with you recent stay with us and we hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back at sometime in the future to be able to make amends. We do apologize for the confusion with the Spa, that your guest only got and was charged for 1 hour instead of 1.5. The live lobsters from Main USA that you ordered where stuck in Bangkok and we had to resort to Frozen Main lobster and you where charge accordingly. It is our continued aim to exceed our guests' expectations in all areas, which sadly has seemed not to have happened on this rare occasion.
