酒店房間空間大，又有泳池本應是一流的，可惜營運不佳，說好有的交通接駁安排不到在早上的指定時間給我們，要我們改下午。本想帶小孩到遊戲室玩，但竟然維修。下午只有主餐廳營業，沒有選擇。

完全失望的跨年住宿！
第一次選擇跨年入住，準時pm2:50到達，原本pm 3:00入房，因為打掃房間關係，要等到pm 4:00,進房,pm 4:30要求「送冰桶」客房服務，等到晚上7點，還沒送來！因居住全景套房，要求接送車前來載送到大廳，結果，要等30分鐘，就選擇自行走路方式去大廳，很差的服務、很差的早餐、很差的跨年經驗，昂貴的跨年住宿，不會再考慮入住！

早上去健身房時，空調沒開，熱死了。工作人員經過說等等來，也沒有。馬桶沖水力道太小，大便沖不下去，又浮上來。早餐戶外區很多蒼蠅在食物上。交通超級不方便，接駁車只有往北開，沒有往南。晚上美食街又貴又難吃。

第三方所訂房型與飯店認知有待商榷造成困擾
我預訂了兩晚有部分海景的房型，第一晚安排了花瓣區域內緣（完成沒有海景）住了一晚，覺得不太對，於是第二天一早向櫃檯確認了一下，第一位人員馬上回應我在海上就稱為部分海景，且說我是透過第三方預訂的，所以就是這房型！但是其實房價是不一樣的，所以我又問了第二位人員，這位人員馬上協助我們換了花瓣外緣（部分海景的房型）只是得等房間空出來才能讓我們換房！你們覺得呢？

有一天沒電，其他很好
Check in 安排了一間已經有人住的房間，重新安排後，又發現房間不是我們預定的類型，詢問之下才知道酒店隔天會停電，沒有冷氣，沒Wifi的。 除此之外，其他都不錯，乾淨舒適。酒店餐廳都不貴，味道不錯。

食肆的選擇較少，食物質素普通，但價錢不貴。 泳灘的水上活動服務速度非常非常慢。 部份設施及設備需修葺，如射箭場，搖搖車，單車，VR。 酒店泳池太細，設計非常普通。 絕大部份員工態度友善親切helpful。 Lighthouse free cocktail service 食物飲品有素質。 環境舒適, 尤其全海景Villa.

Overwhelmed Villa due to the Festival
The villa was, generally speaking, decently designed with modern interior and relaxing facilities within the suite. Also, it has many leisure and tourist activities offered with a fairly reasonable price. But due to the fact that I am staying only for a single night, the stay does not proved to be one of the most magnificent night in my entire trip. The check-in period started at 16:00, but when we got there, the long queue obviously has overwhelmed the handling capacity of the villa that it took me another 1 hour to finally check-in and another 30 mins to get to my suite. The hygiene of the room is disappointing. There are rubbish piling everywhere out of different nearby suite, and no one attempted to clean them. Also, the door knob and door bell have already been stained with a brownish color instead of its white original. The floor is damp with obvious mark of sweeping. And the towels and bed linens are also stained which we are not dare to use them. After a quick walk around of the suite, we tried to call the reception and concierge to ask for more details about the facilities inside the villa. But none of them pick up the phone and I need to call every department just to ask a simple question like 'the availability of the heli-ride'. Although the villa offered us a free welcome drink at the bar, it is found to be prepared for a long time already and the ice is already melt. The quality of the drink is tedious.

愉快的體驗 , 相當特別的度假村
We book Premium Pool Villa, good sea view 房，小但足夠好的私人游泳池, 有兩張特大號床, 可以放鬆度假 。我們在這裡玩很多事情 e.g. 騎自行車，直升機鳥瞰度假村，當然可以使用小船餵珊瑚魚 etc...定價有點高但值 。非常棒..
