「Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a...

「Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials.」

「Duplex room @ eco nest is fun and enjoyable. Room is clean with most daily necessity available for use. The stay has plenty of facilities to enjoy (require booking) such as pool side private pool lounge and rooftop bbq pit. Host is super responsive and helpful too in catering to our needs. Highly highly recommended. 」

「Nothing that’s really terrible but when we are greeted by stains on the dining table, walls and sofa, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. Makes you wonder how dated this property is even though it isn’t, I think it’s high time for some maintenance works.」

「Communication with property owner was easy and quick. It would be good if proper instructions like where and which directions to go to was given. Property was located in Tower B which was a bit difficult to navigate to as the main entrance was for Tower A and there was a need to ask the security guard for directions. Room was very spacious. Would be great if there was a microwave oven too to heat up our food since we were fasting. Also, if there was extra tissue paper / toilet paper, would...

「I think the unit need a serious refurnish especially the toilet , one of the middle toilet there’s bad stink smell . 」

「The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad. 」

「房間空間大也新淨，浴室空間也足夠但裝修風格不時尚，燈光也不足。 每天均補充樽裝水。 酒店有不少適合兒童玩樂設施，可惜入住時泳池仍有工程未開放。 餐廳也不錯，意大利菜那家水準意料之外高水準！自助早餐及晚餐都不錯。 到水上樂園及主題公園僅幾步路程，實在方便！ 」
