No hot water in bathroom sink. Couldn't get an extra blanket because washer had gone three days without repair. No hand soap in bathroom or shower. Front desk wait was several minutes. Worst of all, the person/people above moved furniture around starting arount 2:30 am, and lasted until 5am. And front desk didn't answer when we tried to complain.

Property was in good location however; Expedia advertisement listed property as having breakfast included and to our disappointment, they only had packaged oatmeal, sweet muffins and that was it. Also disappointing was the fact that there was no ice machine here. Will not stay here on our next visit.

I would definitely recommend this place. It’s the mini-kitchen for me. It’s a home away from home. I keep coming back here mainly because of their staff. They are warm and accommodating.

The hotel is average at best. Rooms are old and furniture is uncomfortable. Bed qas okay. Appliances were old and room smelled and i needed to sleep with the window cracked. Also there were only soap bars in the bathroom. No shampoo, conditioners or lotions. Also breakfast is included. It was stated as a grab and go. It was cheap tiny muffins, granola bars and luke warm coffee at best. This was a poor excuse to claim breakfast is included. As a frequent travel the nightly rate was way to high for the quality of the room and sorry excuse for breakfast. Only thing that made it okay was the front desk staff qas nice. I would not spend more than $80 a night for a room here. If rates are near $100, id recommend spending an extra $30 to stay at Hampton Inn or somewhere similar. Rooms there are much nicer and they have real breakfast.

I reserve a room with a Expedia when I get to the hotel the room was so smelly , some people people were driving around , I come back to the lobby and let them know about the situation, but they said they couldn’t do anything I request for to cancel my reservation but they didn’t cancel my reservation so I’ll try to talk with her Expedia customer service about this inconvenience, but those guys also doesn’t answer the phone. I couldn’t talk with the agent so I had to left that palace I’ find another place for staying , they charge me the full price that’s trouble I don’t really come on anymore Expedia and this hotel for anyone totally don’t waste your time to go there and dont west your time with Expedia

Booked thru Expedia, drove to location and walked in. I waited at the lobby reception, lady came from the elevator, looked and me and asked if I had a booking. I said, yes and she went around to the desk to check. Right away she says we don’t have any recent bookings(it was 11:40pm). I figured it had not popped up yet, I said no problem I’ll get out my phone and show you, perhaps it hasn’t updated yet. She then says, “well I can’t help you if there is nothing booked showing”. I started to tell her maybe the system and not to worry, “we” will figure it out together. She keeps insisting that made it for the following day. I told her she was getting defensive and I was not there to waste her time, me saying that she ruder by saying, of course I get defensive, I’m going to stand up for myself, which is fine. It was unnecessary, she was extremely rude and I stayed calm. But just extremely rude.!

I wouldn’t stay here if it was free. No amenities , old room, soft bed, uncomfortable pillows. Homeless in the lobby, loud guests, toilet “ran” and the desk person gave us instructions on how to fix it. No housekeeping. Full kitchen but without any cups, plates. Etc. Just a horrible experience. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I felt so unsafe with the clientele wandering the premises and outside smoking. Just disgusting.

The lobby floor was peeling, bed was comfortable, however, it was very noisy- you could hear people running and walking. The walls were so thin, that I heard conversations and arguments along the hallway.

Regret Stay at Extended Stay America
The front desk staff were friendly, as for the property i would not stay at that location not would I recommend to family or friends. Elevators was dirty, the assigned room (249) kitchen sink rusty, the refrigerator did not cold things even with temp turned to the lowest temp and the AC was noisey. Definitely can’t make decisions based on pictures. Fire detectors didn’t have a working battery. Of the 4 nights that I reserved and paid for I only slept there 2 nights. Absolutely last time i us this service.

I was surprised that this place had an 8.4 rating. These were the most uncomfortable beds. Bath towels were too small. Older building needs renovation. I didn feel safe nor comfortable here. We checked out to go to a nicer hotel.
