The room was nice and just what we needed for the last minute reservation. With that being said, there were two separate AC units -one in the living room area and one in the separated bedroom. The bedroom AC unit worked perfect. The living room AC unit did not blow cold air -the fan was simply rotating. We called the front desk 3 times, and a maintenance attendant came in a timely manner all 3 times; however, each time someone came -they assured the unit was “working now”. This was not the case. The living room was 75°-79° the whole stay. The staff was incredibly nice, but I wish the AC unit would have been fixed. Good stay though.

Clean rooms, beds weren’t very comfortable but still nice room. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was okay, but there are options for everyone and changed hot breakfast everyday which is good. Access to all hotel pools on that strip is awesome, 2 lazy rivers and different bar options as you walk thru each hotel. Overall good spot to stay. Cant beat oceanfront and having shops and restaurants all in walking distance. We will be back.

We go to the beach every year and we must say this was our favorite stay out of many places in fact we are going to make it our stay every year really loved the staff and how they treated my brother with him being autistic and how polite they were with any needs we had and the area is one of the best hands down with everything you could need highly reccommend
