We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. All the services provided were excellent. My husband's birthday was in Feb and upon checking in when the lady at check in counter Myra knew that, she immediately arranged to have a bottle of red wine sent to the room. The German girl Carolyn at the front desk was also very friendly and she assisted us in many ways during our stay. The food served at the restaurant was excellent too, we stayed there for 5 nights and dine there every night. The service and the quality of food were excellent. Overall the only flaw with this hotel was the rooms were a bit outdated, it needed renovation, but otherwise everything was excellent. We had a wonderful stay, good location, great services and excellent food!

プラン内容:デラックスルーム キングベッド1台 朝食付き 4泊5日 旅行のため妻と2人で利用させていただきました。 チェックインの3日前にホテルからメールが届き、チェックイン時刻や手荷物数、ホテルへの要望を問われたので返信しておきました。 宿泊当日、5階の部屋に案内されたのですが、バスルームにバスタブがないことがわかり、部屋の交換を要望すること、バスタブ付きの部屋を1度見学してから判断してほしいと言われ案内を受けました。 案内されたのは2階の部屋でした。部屋の広さやベッドは変わらずでしたが、全体的に設備や家具が古い印象を受けました。バスルームに換気扇がないことや裏通りに面していることなどを確認しながらも、バスタブを諦めることが出来ずに部屋の交換を希望しました。今思えば事前のメールで希望を伝えておけば良かったとも思えます。 客室とサービスについて わかっていたことですが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは無いので持参したものを使いました。タオルは毎回交換してもらえましたが、交換して欲しいものはまとめて床に置くなどしておかないと交換されないものもありました。 水圧や水温は問題なかったのでバスタブにお湯を溜めて入浴することが出来ました。 裏通りに面していることと、大規模駐車場の影響で騒音が酷かったです。夜中の2時でもクラクションや交通整備の音が室内に響いていました。神経質でない人でも気になって眠りにくいと思います。 また、かなり残念だったのはカーテンがレールから外れており光が室内に漏れてくることでした。これはすぐに改善できるレベルであり、メンテナンスが行き届いていないとしか言いようがありません。 朝食について 食事は大変良かったです。品数も豊富で毎日全体の2割くらいは日替わりメニューになっていたと思います。オムレツやオートミールなど個別の無料オーダー注文もありました。屋外テラスは朝食時に利用は出来ないそうです。 利便性について シャンデリーゼ通りに面しており、ショッピングや外食には最適でした。地下鉄の主要駅も近く、タクシーも拾いやすかったです。モノプリという百貨店とスーパーが徒歩1分のところにあるので軽い買い物に便利です。23時までやっていたので滞在中に2回ほど利用しました。 海外の文化や習慣があることは理解していますが、日本のホテルシティレベルのサービスでした。立地条件で選んでいたので後悔はないですが、客室での時間を満喫することは出来ませんでした。

Our room had 5 steps down to the bathroom! Light oak wood that blended together! We are 76 years old. There were no rails! They couldn’t move us so we had them put black tape on end of each step!

Overall the stay was OK. The room was OK except that the shower was terrible (mold around the bottom of the shower curtain) and the handheld shower head was in an awkward location. The toilet didn't flush completely, toiletries/toilet paper was not restocked. I was told that breakfast was included when we checked in and then I got charged each day? It was a convenient location but not sure I'd stay there again. The concierge frequently couldn't answer questions which was disappointing.

The property is in a good location on Champs Elysees. The lobby and staff are nice. However, the photos are misleading. The 'terrace' room has no outdoor seating, is dirty and the glass is broken. The rooms are outdated and the TV only has french channels. The room is hot and you have to open the door for a mild breeze. the bathroom is old and unkept. Upon arrival, the front desk asked me if i wanted to upgrade to the Eiffel tower view for a big chunk more, I said no since I had already paid a lot for a 'terrace' view. All I got was a dirty terrace, with no seating overlooking the dirty rooftops and back of the hotel. Construction was going on too so between the door open for air and the noise, it was hard to sleep. I think its an ok hotel, but the price should be way more affordable. Conclusion, very misleading.

Me equivoqué en mis días de reserva llame mil veces haber si me podían ayudar y solo penalizarme con una noche. Deje correos y nada. y no me hicieron ningún tipo de ayuda o descuento. Perdí mi dinero de tres noches. Reservéenseguida en Fraser suites y fue toooood lo contrario me atendieron súper biien amplísima la suite a comparación de la que había reservado y perdí en Marriot. N fin jamás volvería a Marriot.

El hotel tiene inmejorable ubicación al estar en la mejor zona de Champs Elysees. Su lobby es relativamente pequeño comparado con otros hoteles de la misma categoría. En general estuvimos cómodos, el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que tuvieron que movernos de habitación porque la calefacción no podía regularse y mantenía el cuarto muy caliente. Su gimnasio también es muy pequeño. El personal del hotel es amable y en general mantienen las instalaciones limpias.

There is nothing 5* about this property!!! The dining room is a disgrace with very badly stained carpet and seating all cracked, utter disgrace! The carpet on the Stair's to enter the property is all worn. No glass ware in the room, we requested some and it was prompty delivered to our room, alas it was removed two days later. The New Years Eve dinner was a fiasco!! Zero athmosphere and staff in disarray and practically shouting at each other

Pick a different hotel on same stree
Location was great! I think half the hotel has maybe been remodeled and half not. We were definitely in the side that hadn't. Shower and heat didn't work so finally after waiting 2 hours for service people to come and go at 10pm they switched us rooms. I was relieved cause the bed was also soo uncomfortable. New room had a working shower but still very cold all through the night (had heat on highest setting and still had to sleep in multiple layers) and same very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Our exterior door outside did not lock. I'd stay in this location again, but not this Marriott hotel.

Air condition was not working. Warned them but after 3 days it is still not working. No cleaning for 2 days. Only last day they cleaned the room.

Extremely overpriced, rooms are dated in desperate need of renovations. Furniture hanging off walls / don’t fit. Mould on bathroom ceiling, rust in towel rails and tiles, terrible shower over bath (if you can call it that) Very abrupt Checking in staff and one particular concierge on check out. A handful of staff were helpful and polite Won’t be staying again

The hotel inside is beautiful. The room was very spacious. It is centrally located for shopping, Dinning, transportation and sights. The staff and the customer service is what puts this hotel over the top. Every time I had a question or need it was taken care of. I was there for my birthday and the sent up a surprise to my room which truly made me feel special. Whenever we are back in Paris we will be staying at Marriott Champs Elysees.

when booking the hotel, you got a picture of a luxury hotel. The carpet and aging room did not meet the expectations of a modern five-star hotel. however, everything went well and the experience was otherwise only positive. breakfast was good, similar to Finnish hotels.
